I always order on the mobile app and then run inside to pick it up. Only one time have I ever had to wait for my drink to be ready, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure it's my fault and I didn't give them enough time. It was around 9am on a Saturday and it was exceptionally busy. The staff are ALWAYS very smiley and polite, no matter how busy they are. Despite the bizarre entrance & exit options, this is still one of my favorite locations. :-)

This review isn't about what I got, but how the staff treated everyone. Anyone can just greet a customer, but they really care. What really blew me away was 1 interaction out of many. There were some delivery drivers bringing in supplies. When they finished, the staff offered them free beverages of their own choice. They at first said no, but the staff were really appreciative and insisted. After a few minutes of talking, the delivery drivers accepted. I thought it was genuine and we seldom forget that even though this is a business like many others, they really hired staff based on being good humans instead of just filling positions with warm bodies to run the place.By the way, I got a flat white with half caffeine if you're wondering.

Leaving a review just to warn people about Delaney. I would frequently sit inside this location to do work at night, and I have overheard her say vile things to her coworkers and about them behind their backs. This was shocking to me since she is always so nice to me as a guest. I think she might’ve pushed a young lady to quit. I hope she is no longer employed here.
