The people at this location are awesome, and my order is always perfect and made quickly. Also, I love seeing Izzy when she's working the drive through in the evening; she's the greatest!
This review isn't about what I got, but how the staff treated everyone. Anyone can just greet a customer, but they really care. What really blew me away was 1 interaction out of many. There were some delivery drivers bringing in supplies. When they finished, the staff offered them free beverages of their own choice. They at first said no, but the staff were really appreciative and insisted. After a few minutes of talking, the delivery drivers accepted. I thought it was genuine...read full review

I always order on the mobile app and then run inside to pick it up. Only one time have I ever had to wait for my drink to be ready, and to be honest, I'm pretty sure it's my fault and I didn't give them enough time. It was around 9am on a Saturday and it was exceptionally busy. The staff are ALWAYS very smiley and polite, no matter how busy they are. Despite the bizarre entrance & exit options, this is still one of my favorite locations. :-)
