ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO ZEROHard to give a place zero stars but they worked hard to earn it. Jimmy John needs to remove the franchise from this location. They are not following any of the JJ culture.We ordered online got confirmation and told it would notify when ready - they never did. We had ordered for next day so weren't worried - called in to find out they supposedly threw our order out. We asked they remake it and they wanted to charge us again. I asked for the manager and he said that I did receive a pick up notification - and he wouldn't refund - when I asked if that's how he wanted to go and he said if I called back he would call the police on me for harassment.We live here full time yes it is hard to find employees and keep doors open but this guy is going to destroy your rep for all other JJ. I will never go back to this location.We called corporate we're treated fairly and fully refunded but the same guy with zero customer service skills or problem solving is still there.. and fyi think they need to hit a button to notify online order is ready and just didn't - also think order was never made. Disorganized and horribly rude.

TODAY I ordered 2 meals through my account, paid, sent grandson to get it, 1st order was right, 2 order was not the right drink nor the right sandwich! I called, they refused to bring me new ones. Sent him back up there and gal in window stood back and would not even come over to window and was rude when she did! And you aught to see the slop bucket sandwich they sent me :( $30 for 2 sandwich meals was not acceptable for this kind of service.
Time before they delivered my sandwiches to another store and after an hour I call them they didn’t care my pop was water by then. Time before took my delivery driver over 45 mins to deliver again, drinks are water, buns are soggy :(
But when I call, no one cares. This sandwich was SOO soaked in oil, it took all the napkins and extra paper towels just to soak it up. Couldn’t even eat it. Yes I’m mad.

Employees don’t pay attention to order names when ordering online. Had to drive back to have them make my food properly. Wasted over an hour of my time and gas money I didn’t want to spend to make sure my family all had their food!
Been there twice and both times my order was wrong. Both times the person taking my order was not welcoming or acted like they even cared to talk to me. It was a different person both times too.It's gonna be hard to try it a third time.

Driving home from Jefferson City and was craving something fast and convenient without being fried. Found a Jimmy Johns on the map and went through the drive thru. I ended up ordering something I had never had before, the chicken Cesar wrap, and I am writing this post wrap because it was SO delicious. The employees were quick and friendly and obviously the food was delicious. We make this trip regularly and will definitely remember them next time!

Terrible!! There was a bug in the sandwich, rotten lettuce, and there was a something wrong with the turkey. When we showed them the employee just said "ok". The whole place just seemed kinda dirty in general. Definitely do not recommend!!
