“We had a wonderful time here. It was my very first visit. The atmosphere just made you desire to know more about our troops with the decorum set in the late 1950s. I can tell you I had their meatloaf special with a Miller Light and thoroughly enjoyed my luch. Our server was delightful and attentive. What a historical recreation honoring our service members! I salute you as a widow of an Army veteran!”

“It was our first time here and it was an experience! The food is plentiful and the "throwed rolls" are delicious. They also have what they call pass- arounds; fried okra, fried potatoes, black-eyed peas, etc. that they bring around and scoop out for you. They also bring around honey and sorghum molasses for the rolls. The sorghum molasses was my favorite. It was delicious and fun!”

“Went for lunch with my daughter. I had the Cuban sandwich and it was very good. Plenty of food at fair prices, too. While they were busier than unexpected that afternoon, I thought service was fine.”

“This place is awesome and the food is beyond delicious!! Lorena is always fun and has a great sense of humor (ask her to put on the norteñas music videos ?). The food is always out faster than expected. I recommend the chicken tacos, marinated pork tacos, and the tacos arandas. We eat here every week and always look forward to it!”

“Had the Tacos Enchilados and the consume that came with it was amazing. I could have had that for a meal on its own. We also got the chimichanga and carnitas dinners and everything was perfect. Salsa had a great flavor, not bland like some places serve. Ask for the homemade hot sauce, you will be pleasantly surprised with it I promise. You can tell that the cook takes pride in the freshness and quality of what they serve.”

“My husband eats breakfast here everyday. I join him often. We love the friendly atmosphere. The waitresses are the best anywhere! They know our drinks and usually set them on the table as we sit down. They know what my husband eats and we never need a menu. Great ? job girls!!!”

“I just moved to the area and popped in with my husband for a breakfast! He got the Brownie Batter shake and loved it! I got a chocolate waffle with strawberries and it was AMAZING!! Not only was it delicious it was freshly made with lots of strawberries on top! The owner was friendly and very sweet to work with! We will be coming back”

“One of the weirdest experiences I've had with food. The salsa was solid. The chips were TERRIBLE. The burrito was AMAZING! ??? Maybe it was just a bad chip day, but they tasted like they were VERY old. But the burrito was OUT OF THIS WORLD!”
