Stopped in for lunch, what a mess! Understaffed, Man at the front was unresponsive and ignoring guests while spending most of the time only putting food in bags. No customer service,could have simply said,sorry we are busy,be right with you. No, flat out ignored people asking questions. Half the people in line left before ordering. Just passing through and stopped for gas so I hopped into the drive-thru which was convenient. Ordertaker was pleasant, food came quickly and the order was correct. I Was surprised at how nice the food appeared. The burger could have been a little fresher and they forgot to put some napkins in the bag. Overall I was satisfied with the experience and will return if in the area.
