“We order a couple slushes in the app and the guy who take the order to our car was really fast and even help us to throw our trash in the trash can and it was very respectful, that was the best experience in a sonic, that’s the best example of customer service“

“I'd like to give a huge thank you to the friendly, kind, hardworking staff at Crumbl for making the best cookies on the planet! Every company has a specific set of rules that employees have to follow and these particular employees go above and beyond to set a high standard of quality and professionalism! Crumbl unfortunately does not have delivery drivers so they have to use a third party such as Doordash, sometimes doordash delivery drivers do not deliver their orders and just keep it for themselves. I as an adult completely understand this is not Crumbl's fault, as I am the consumer who decided to place an order online knowing it would be delivered by 3rd party. If 3rd party delivery(Doordash) does not deliver an order it is now on them to compensate me for my troubles. This happens quite frequently with Doordash and they hold their delivery drivers accountable. I had this happen to me recently with a 300 dollar catering order and the driver just drove right past me and kept all the food. So I put my big boy pants on and called Doordash and they confirmed all the details and quickly refunded me. I wish everything was always perfect and we never run into issues with bad delivery drivers but life happens and we move on. I have worked food and retail and know how rude some customers can be. They feel entitled and have to blame their problems on the vulnerable instead of taking on the responsibility of their own actions. If I had just went and picked up my 300 dollar order I would be sitting in my beanbag chair shirtless with crumbs and BBQ sauce all down my belly and a big ol smile on my face, but nooooo, my lazy self had to trust in a 3rd party delivery service that took away my joy and happiness.. shame on you random stranger for ruining my mouth-watering craving for BBQ. ANYWHO, if you haven't tried the exotic random flavors of happiness that Crumble delivers every week I suggest you get in your car and go get yourself a party pack A.S.A.P. these cookies taste like the tears of an angel!“

“This wasn't my first time here but it is my first review of this cute place. When you go in you go and order at the counter, and then they bring your food to you. I met a group of lady friends for lunch. I love places like this because they're so different than what I'm used to in California. The drive here from Parkville is a very cool country road. There were a group of eight of us. They put a few tables together, so we were able to sit together. They also have picnic tables outside. I ordered Ruby don't go bacon my heart (lol love the name) Grilled cheese with jam and crumbled bacon. It was very good. Excellent combination of ingredients that went very well together. Grilled to perfection. It came with soft cheese and crackers and a pickle slice. Everything was very tasty. I also ordered a scoop of banana ice cream. All I can say is wow! I think that's one of my favorite ice cream's ever. They have some homemade jams and other things like cheese that are packaged so you can take home as well as t-shirts and sweatshirts. Great place, great atmosphere and very friendly people that work there. I will be back many more times.“

“The food is downright delicious first of all. They have the best burgers in town. The customer service is top notch. Very considerate, fast, and accurate. There’s even one employee who remembers that I like a lot of ketchup and no Freddy’s sauce.“

We do have a laugh because my daughter asks for extra pickles every time and they add one to one and a half. “What a lovely bakery! I was in town helping my cousin get ready to move and she recommended Sis' Sweets. Cookies galore! And delicious every one. I got a sampler to take back for all the kids. We had a great time trying all the cookies. They decorate with the historical township in mind perfect since they are right across from the hay market. There are actual hand carved carousel figures on the wall. I learned so much about the history of Leavenworth while visiting there. It sounds like there is a working carousel just a few blocks away and that area was the largest maker of carousel figures at one point. They were also getting ready for a cookie decorating with Santa the next day. I loved that they were so involved with the community. If I was to move to Leavenworth someday. This is where I'd want to work. Thank you again for the lovely visit.I would note that coffee isn't readily available. But they gladly brewed me a fresh pot. ?
