In a tiny town like Pleasant Hope you wouldn't expect a place with such big flavor. I guess that's why they say expect the unexpected. Well worth the drive from Springfield to Prancing Pony in Pleasant Hope to enjoy a delicious and refreshing Mango Smoothie and a fantastic Avocado Toast!!! Great people serving amazing food ?

I was so excited to try this place out because of all the great reviews. Fast service, the ladies were so nice, coffee was good and tasty, and the cinnamon roll was delicious too. We’ll definitely be back and this will easily be a favorite spot of ours. Wanted to share updated menus that were on their truck today. ???
