I was so excited to try this place out because of all the great reviews. Fast service, the ladies were so nice, coffee was good and tasty, and the cinnamon roll was delicious too. We’ll definitely be back and this will easily be a favorite spot of ours. Wanted to share updated menus that were on their truck today. ???

In a tiny town like Pleasant Hope you wouldn't expect a place with such big flavor. I guess that's why they say expect the unexpected. This Expresso/food truck serves up fresh healthy food combined with comfort classics and the best coffee drinks around. If you're more of a smoothie lover you'll be in heaven, if you're not a smoothie lover after one of hers you might just be. If you're passing through or want to branch out for something new you won't be disappointed. As a matter of fact, I think I'll head over for a pistachio latte right now.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options on daily menuParking: It's a drive thru food truck but you can park and walk over if you like.Kid-friendliness: Great kid smoothies and choices

I love driving through this way to Springfield just to stop here and get coffee. Having moved here from the PNW I find that getting good coffee is challenging out here in Missouri and this is one of the few places out here that has coffee that tastes like coffee! Love all the food items I’ve chosen here as well. And for those that need it they have just about every milk available here as well. Another thing that’s hard to find out here. Definitely worth a stop, even worth changing your route just to stop here!

Ordered the bacon cheese tomato croissant with chips. Prompt customer service and wonderfully friendly. My sandwich was fresh and crisp. Extremely pleased with my experience and will continue to go back.
