It took them 15 minutes to take our order. Then it took over 30 minutes to get our foot. Talked to the Manger she was no help. She would even give a explanation why it took so long

Incredibly slow service, despite seeing like 8-10 people moving around the floor. Food took more than 30 minutes to come out and that was after about 15-20 minutes to come take our order. I am usually very understanding of restaurants and service workers but this just felt ridiculous. On top of that, it appears that there was a hair in my pancakes. I would have thought it was mine if it wasn't actually INSIDE the pancakes. Even for a sunday, this was insane.

The place was dirty even though there weren't very many people there and the waiter that I had was the worst ever!! If I could read him and -10 I wouldYou would think that you'd at least act like you cared about customers... Not him

Never again. I ordered delivery. Only part came. I called to either get the rest of my order or a refund for what I did not get. Was told they can't. I could come pick up the rest of my order. I did not order pick up. I already paid for delivery.if I didn't just get out of the hospital I would either not have delivered out or had someone come get me. The person who answered the phone tried to be helpful. Manger would not help me or her. All I know is day manager needs a new job. For some reason she was too busy to talk to me when she was in the back ground telling this poor girl what to say to me.

They took our order and we sat for 45 minutes with no service. Tried to flag someone down for info on our order but could get anyone's attention so we left.

Very disappointed in IHOP to keep this location open for business. Family of six, recieved 4 adult menus and 3 kid menus. Had to adjust drink order after 15 minutes because they were out of drinks. For as little people were in the restaurant- shouldn't take almost another hour after ordering to recieve cold food and some of it was not the way it was ordered, no steak knives, no drink refills. No management in sight the entire time. We at least received discounts after complaining to our server during checkout. My 13 and 11 year old could've done better serving and cooking. Will not be back to this location.

My wife ordered pancakes to go, when we got home they’re was hair in the food. I drove back to the store just for them to get the order wrong again. Horrible service to go with the order issues.

First, my wife and I were greeted with a sewer or restroom like stench as soon as we walked through the door. It's our local Ihop, so we wanted to give it a chance anyway. Mistake. My wife's pancakes were cold and chewy as if they had been sitting for quite a while. She ordered coffee, and the first cup was nearly ice cold. The server told her she would make a fresh pot. After waiting for 15 minutes, I find the server standing behind the checkout stand and scrolling through her phone. When I asked her about the coffee, she clearly went and retrieved the same pot as the cold coffee. It was half empty and ice cold, just like the coffee in the first cup. We told her to just take it off the bill. Finally, we finished eating and never got said bill. I went to the counter where she was once again scrolling mindlessly through her phone, and another gentleman was waiting there asking about his check at the same time. I don't know if it's the trauma of living in a post-covid world, the age of social media, too much weed smoking, general apathy, or all the above, but customer service at many restaurants these days is fair at best and terrible at worst. After three or four instances like this over the past couple of years, I think it's fair to say that this Ihop is no exception. I won't be back.

Worse server ever! We went for a family dinner and we had to wait over 20 minutes to get the creamer for the coffee, another family arrived and the manager which was cooking had to go to take their order, we asked the waitress for more coffee and she disappeared. Another 20 minutes to get our order taken from the manager, the waitress was super nice and friendly with the other table and ignored us. We waited about an hour to get our food, and my 3 year old son was ignored by the server, and she didn't give him utensils or refill his drink. At this point, we were the only ones in the restaurant, and she still couldn't manage the table
