First, my wife and I were greeted with a sewer or restroom like stench as soon as we walked through the door. It's our local Ihop, so we wanted to give it a chance anyway. Mistake. My wife's pancakes were cold and chewy as if they had been sitting for quite a while. She ordered coffee, and the first cup was nearly ice cold. The server told her she would make a fresh pot. Very nice clean restaurant, although when we walked in , it took them like 5 minutes to finally seat us. I understand they may have been understaffed but an establishment like that you also have to be attentive to your guest. The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was fine. I saw that four stars for this place

I will start this review out with a small disclaimer... There will be no food pictures.The standard for cleanliness has fallen so low that a review can't be fair if the state of the facility is included. How can you rate a server that never offers extra napkins after the order has been taken. Sitting in a booth with visible food splatter or a crayon ? under the table and on the seat or looking at light fixtures with grime on them can and should alter the review, right?
