“The place was cool, very hip and chill. They have great taste in music too. But the presentation of the food, 10/10. It was neat and adorned with a fragrant rosemary leaf. The food itself was fresh and hot off the stove. Can’t wait to come back to try more“
“Every time I go into a restaurant, I put in my headphones. I can't stand to hear the nonsense around me and the terrible music.... At niecies, that's not the case at all. The soul and disco playing were music to my ears. My waitress, Tajuana (sorry for the possible misspelling), was super nice and got my tasty breakfast to me quickly! Food was standard breakfast fare but I'm a vegetarian, so I know I was missing out. Anyway, stop there and support your local business! Thanks again!“
“A true hole in the wall. We stopped in close to closing after a day at the zoo. The guy was still very friendly. We had the mac &cheese stuffed turkey leg, fish, and wings. It was all delicious. The only complaint is the turkey leg or mac & cheese was a bit too salty for all our tastes. The rest was spot on with seasoning and was hot and crispy. The turkey leg was still totally something I will get again, ill just get two bottles of water.“
“Gram & Dun is a popular restaurant in Kansas City to visit when you are wanting to enjoy a delicious meal in a classy environment. We started with the Not-So-Standard Potato Chip appetizer served with three sauces. I ordered the 7 ounce Filet with cremini mushrooms, roasted garlic, creamy kale, blue cheese, dijon cream sauce, served on a bed of potatoes. My partner ordered the half grilled chicken entree with a lemon brine & sauce and roasted potatoes. We didn't order dessert, but I have ordered dessert at the mouth watering spot before and you definitely want to end your meal with one! Gram & Dun is also a great spot to go for brunch on the weekend and happy hour M-F 3-5PM. Stop by Gram & Dun in the plaza today!“
“I was just out in raytown, and I was starving. So I googled restaurants near me. This popped up, and I decided to give it a try. For $17, I got meatloaf, greens and macaroni. The food was good, I'll definitely be going back. The only down side was that for $17 the meal didn't come with a drink. Definitely a good spot if you're looking for soul food“
