First time trying a Firehouse subs. Ordered delivery, the “engineer” was supposed to be Turkey cheese and mushrooms “fully involved” ie: lettuce tomato Mayo mustard onion.
What I received was a hot mess. Ham and some kind of greasy salami on a flattened roll. Couldn’t even eat it.
When I called to speak to management I was told no managers were there and they will not refund my money unless I come in ($30 for this mess. Ridiculous.)
