Not sure of his name, but whoever was working the drive thru on 12/3 around 8pm, thank you! He was so upbeat and cheerful. Our long and complicated order was 100%. Dude needs a promotion! You can tell that guy is a “people person”. Thanks for making my rough night a little better!
Hardee's new crew is amazing! Brian is awesome & definitely management material. Braydon was super! First experience with him. Gave him a confusing order & he handled it great!

Went at about 11:30, waited about 20 minutes for my one combo meal. Had to ask for new fries because they felt and tasted about 30 minutes old or longer, got a big sigh and eye roll about that. The manager behind the counter could be heard barking orders quite rudely to the other 3 employees that were there and overall food taste just wasn't worth the money or time. This is was my first time at this location and about 2 years since I last visited Hardees in general.
