Went at about 11:30, waited about 20 minutes for my one combo meal. Had to ask for new fries because they felt and tasted about 30 minutes old or longer, got a big sigh and eye roll about that. The manager behind the counter could be heard barking orders quite rudely to the other 3 employees that were there and overall food taste just wasn't worth the money or time. This is was my first time at this location and about 2 years since I last visited Hardees in general.

I order a small hamburger and small fries. The hamburger was good but fries were cold coverd in grease making them limp and soggy I won't order fries at this Hardee's any more

Just stopped for lunch. Got a hot ham and cheese and onion rings...sandwich looked like they stomped it and onion rings were cold. Threw it all in the trash. Won't stop again

Took maybe 20 minutes(did not officially time because receipt time was off) to get a hamburger and 3 tenders with no one waiting on food ahead of us. Was unfriendly all through the process. Tea was stale and no flavoring in lemonade. Paying nearly $15 for what we got was too much. Tried to do survey from receipt, said wrong info on receipt. I will not bother the staff @ Rogersville Hardees with my business again.

Food was cold. Fries were missing from our order and the one fry they did give us was halfway empty anyway. I didn’t even finish my burger. The onion ring was hard and dry and they had put so much condiments on it the bun was soggy. I went to go do the survey and conveniently the website locked me out and wouldn’t allow me to. I will never go back to this place again.
