I get a soft pretzel twist occasionally supposed to come with cheese. Last time no cheese so when I ordered this time I said can we please make sure the cheese makes it in the bash? “Of course” she said. No cheese. It’s a reoccurring problem.
Today I stopped at the Sonic in Rogersville Mo and ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke. 20 minutes later still waiting in the drive through line, watching them take drinks and food to the other vehicles behind us, I asked one of the car hops if she knew why we hadn't got our drinks . I don't know what has happened here but this location has went downhill so bad. I ordered a meal here and not only did they forget my cheese tots but they also messed up the burger so bad. It was supposed to be a double stack and onion burger with bacon. There was nothing on it but pickles and a ton of mustard. I would definitely avoid this location.
