After getting fed up in and quitting Burger King over a year ago, I decided to try them again last week. A little bit of wait but the chicken fries were hot and fresh. It was worth the wait.So, I went back today. Half the fries were hot and decent. The other half I didn't eat- they were hard and barely warm.I called and Jessica (Jesse?) in management offered to replace them if I wanted back in. I explained I don't live in Rolla. No way was I driving a 26 mile round trip just to replace those chicken fries. She didn't offer a way to get a discount or future replacement but did apologize - it didn't sound very sincere, maybe she had a bad day.Anyway, I think I'm done again. Maybe in another year I'll see if anything has changed.

Went in today (Sunday) at 1230..wife and I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and not one person could even say “be with you in a minute”..after 8 minutes we took our business elsewhere. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

This guy took my order , went back there and made my order exactly the way I wanted it …. Faster then I can even put the lid on my soda … I order 3 cheese burgers!!!!,yes Burger King be pack and sometimes you can’t get your food less then 5 minutes, but the employees are all humans and they try there best every time !!! I recommend Burger King

A Friend of mine treated me to lunch at Burger King today ?, they have the best burgers ? in town!
Today ran through drive up about 830 am, the lady was very pleasant on the intercom. Food came out quick, she was pleasant when we exchanged money/food. Food tasted pretty good and I do feel we got a value for the money we spent.
