We ordered the cheese sticks and are VERY DISAPPOINTED. look NOTHING like advertised. Barely any cheese on them at all. For $8 and some change I'm p*****. NEVER ORDERING "cheese" sticks here again.

Pizza hut has some ok pizza, but these past few years they made some pretty bad decisions. They got rid of the buffet, changed the classic pasta, and stopped doing flavored crust. The pizzas are a little too dry and they get cold too fast, but I like the flavor. Better than Domino's, but I rather have Little Ceasars or Papa John's. 2.5/5

While the food is usually good, the new general manager is a very hostile person. Asked a question about a changed discount and she suddenly got very offended and gave off a very hostile aura around her. I wish the rest of the staff luck, because if she is like this with a regular customer, I can't imagine what the staff have to deal with.

On 1-20 of 2024… Staff was extremely helpful… Thomas, Kirsten and Logan were very professional and nice. Took great care in preparation of my order and food. Everything was so good and fresh. Even though Pizza Hut is on the more expensive side of chain style pizza places…if the food was always this reliable and good…it’s beyond worth it. Over the years it’s not been the best but I think will these three current staff, with their attention to detail is what made everything so good!

Ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust yesterday it was cooked to perfection and was Excellent!! Best one I’ve had in a long long time ! Gal at front was very nice
Ordered ahead for curbside pickup. Checked in online. No one showed up. Called the number on the sign. No one showed up.Went inside to pick up my two pizzas and chicken and was told they “sent out” my large pizza with someone else ON PURPOSE and it would be 10 minutes for them to make me a new one. I did not have 10 minutes to stand around waiting so they said they would issue a refund.There was only one woman working the entire store. (She made sure I knew this) The bathroom was closed off and the whole place looks like a storage shed. I’m not sure what is going on but the big pile of boxes in the corner of the dining room with the “EXPIRED DO NOT USE” sign is a bit concerning.Also, my one pizza that made it home was the wrong order and definitely not fresh or hot. This all was a very disappointing experience and I am very surprised that corporate Pizza Hut doesn’t shut this location down. It’s sad….what used to be a delicious and quick dinner was a huge let down.

Sucks that this place had their dining room being used as storage cuz they cooked my pasta perfectly it wasn't burnt around the edges the cheese sticks that were upgraded were amazing and they were very kind and helpful it would have been nice to be able to sit down in that restaurant and enjoy the atmosphere like used to be able to as a kid
