Went today and used their drive-through which I thought was cool at first, I had never seen one at a subway before. Everything seem to be going fine, I paid got my two sandwiches and went home but upon returning home which is a 30 minute drive from Rolla, I noticed that both of my cold cut combos only had bread and meat and no other toppings, Which was odd because I know I put toppings on both sandwiches since every time you click on toppings on the screen in the drive-through It asks if you want light regular or heavy toppings. So when I get home and realize that this is not what I ordered, we called up to the subway told them what was going on and asked if there was anything that could be done, The girl who answered was very passive aggressive , and said that she was the one who made the sandwich's , and there were no toppings showed on the screen, to which we replied There has to be some sort of error on your end because we know for a fact that we did choose toppings. She then put us on hold so she could talk to her manager when she got back she said that the manager wanted us to bring the sandwiches back up there and that they weren't sure there was anything they could do for us we tried to explain how far away we lived and if we could possibly come up tomorrow but were told we could not do that. Overall, just don't go here there are a lot of subways in Rolla who are much nicer and willing to help you when they mess up. Speaking of we actually accidentally called the subway on forum Drive, and the man we spoke to was so kind and going to get us new sandwiches immediately with out hesitation until we both realized that we had called the wrong one.

We visited this Subway on a trip through Rolla and we were over charged 30 dollars due to a mistake the employee made forgetting to add an item onto our order as the transaction was being approved she cancelled it and it froze her computer, and our card was charged twice we have called multiple times trying to get our money back after In the store that day we were told the money would go back onto the card after the transaction was no longer pending, but that did not happen, the lady we have spoke to just continued to tell us that she had to call her boss i dont understand why the manager can't handle such things and we were told we can not have a number to talk to the boss and we were also told there was nothing on there end our card was not charged,we are clearly aware of our account and have all transaction history right on our phones and they passed off the 30 dollar issue as not there problem. Very poor drawn out 4 day unsuccessfully helpful customer service!

Good location. They were very busy when I visited but the crew was working hard and that's all I'm looking for. They were busy so they were out of almost all bread except wheat which is ok. Very nice young guy helped me and did a great job.

Food tastes well enough... Acceptable. The employees need to learn to prepare the sandwiches properly however. 3 pieces of bacon on a BLT footlong for example doesn't seem remotely right. Cramming the meat in the crack of the sandwich is also not how you make a sandwich. Little to no sauce. I've had better. Needs a bit of work to improve.

tried new churro that is advertised as 2 dollars but they actually charge 3. very disappointing. my four year old just wants to lick all the sugar off. very dry. thought itd be a little crispy but its just like a stick of bread covered in cinnamon and sugar. would be waaay better if it were filled with some kind of icing or had a dipping cup of icing. tuna sub was good although itd be much better if they actually put enough tuna on it to fully cover the sandwich. paying like 10 or 12 bucks for a sandwich that has an inch on each end without any tuna on it sucks.

My wife and I ordered subway for dinner on December 28, 2023 order number was 5E7D7397-D3. After we ate it, we began to feel sick. My stomach was killing me and I was nauseous. My wife was nauseous and threw up like she have food poisoning. I don’t think I will be ordering food here again. I feel like the ingredients was either expired or not refrigerated right. Subway was the only thing we ate that day.

Went through their driveway for the first time. Solid ordering process. I kind of always liked to see people making the sandwich, and the conversation makes for better sandwiches. Might go in next time.

They have gone downhill in my experience. The last time we had it, they were out of a lot of things. So basically didn't have the bread I wanted, the cheese I wanted, no spinach, no pepperchinis. I mean, come on....

There is way more bread than there is compared to the chicken that is on the sandwich and bacon and apparently there is no chicken bacon ranch in rolla no more but when in owensville there is and like there is nothing here
