I can only comment about the service/atmosphere .Walked in on a Saturday night at 10 pm ( 1 hour before closing time mind you) only to have the gentlemen working announce to everyone that has just walked in that they would only be making salads for the rest of the night. This was right across from a college campus where 2 gymnastics meets had just finished.

The pizzas were fine, could have been cooked better but I’ll let it slide. Some dude who I assume was the manager was stuck up and rude and ruined our experience as a whole. I am now committed to boycotting against this

The pizza, salads, and drink options are really good. This is a relaxed/casual dining experience. There is outside seating available. The outside seating is right next to the road.Parking: Shared large parking. Restaurant is located in a large strip mall.

When I was pregnant, MOD was my go-to spot. The garlic butter, the crispy but chewy crust, and the customized pizza options were always a hit. This is our first time going in about a year or so. They got rid of somethings during the pandemic, so there was no surprise there as we have been back since it ended. I've been begging my huaband to go back for so long, but the garlic butter being gone was a deal breaker. TONIGHT HE FINALLY AGREED. We went a few minutes after 9p, and they had begun all the closing duties, no big deal, but they still had a line behind us and were turning people away. They weren't saying they were out of dough til you made it to the counter. I think the most frustrating part is that they still had an hour to close. If management was present (I'm not sure that they were), they should have made sure everyone could be served. There was ONE mod size available at an hour til close??? The dining room was sectioned off for cleaning, but the person cleaning was standing there as we moved around trying to exit the restaurant. We had to move stools at 3 different places in the room. The staff was nice for the most part. There was no greeting when we came in like there used to be. One guy said bye as we left, and that was it. That was the return visit to MOD that has left an impression. The level of competition available ranks high so, hopefully this was just an off night.

Senseless and constantly incorrect hours. Online says open until 10pm, so does their Google hours. Online pick-up allows me to place an order "ASAP" not mentioning it won't be until 4:15pm (currently 11:30am). Both this and Cottleville location are never open for lunch anymore, close before 7pm. Phones don't get answered, just a confusing mess.

Gave my order to someone else, allowed them to start eating it, then tried to give it to me when they took it back. Staff turnover is high, so no one knows what they are doing. I will never go back.

2 different times (months apart) we have attempted to go to this location and there is a sign in the door stating they are closed. This time it was a "facility" issue. There were employees inside and the open sign is on. I am unsure what the sign said last time but I know people tried the door and it was locked with some kind of sign on door. At least turn your open sign off.
Love the place. But now they don't open til 4. Kinda retarded. Pretty much asking you to go get pizza from somewhere else. Figure it out.

I went there because my granddaughter's school band was doing a benefit. I am also on a low cal diet. I built my own pizza with cauliflower crust. All veggies and yummy.Vegetarian options: Even the crust can be a vegetable.
