Never actually eaten here but sounds absolutely delicious. Sadly though, they don't offer any carb free or low carb bread - and I'm diabetic so I won't be able to have any of their amazing sounding sandwiches. But if you are not diabetic I would encourage anyone to try Potbelly.Parking: Like any other parking lot

The decor is bent towards the college crowd. The Lindenwood campus is just across the road. Prices are about what is expected from a sandwich shop. There are bottled drinks and a self-serve soda fountain with iced tea kettles on the side. There are both booth and high tables available inside and deck tables outside. The hot peppers are pickled jalapeños slices with an above average heat. The cheddar broccoli soup is similar to the broccoli cheddar soup from other sandwich shops. It's good soup. The ice tea is brewed, but it's an institutional (restaurant) brew, not traditional. The sandwichs have a good base, each order is customized by the customer.Parking: Parking issraged around the front of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: It can be an uphill climb to the restaurant, careful where you park.

Ashley the GM is the GM for a reason. She handled an error in our order with patience and professionalism. Thank you so much.

They have a black ram driving around carelessly, speeding and weaving in and out of traffic.

Its a nice place and the food is amazing. The only thing is that the food didn't have much spices but thats understandable as American food is slightly plain compared to middle-eastern food.

The food was decent but the service is pretty much not existent. We were feeding 3 adults and 3 kids. Out of 6 meals, only 2 were made properly. The kids meals were missing sides, an "Avo Turkey" was missing the avocado, and one sandwich wasn't even cut. One of the people was just getting a Mac and cheese, but found out that Pot Belly's was out of it after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Pot Belly's isn't terrible, but it's not convenient if going in a group and ordering for children. Its counter set up requires you to speak with 3 different people about your order before finally paying. It would be efficient if any of those three people were in communication with each out. Go to Pot Belly's if you don't mind half-energy service and mid food with a causal self-seating sandwich place.

Hands down my favorite sandwich joint. My wife tries a wide variety and likes them all.Have been eating at Potbelly’s for over 15 years (Minnesota and Chicago before St Louis) and I have tried only one sandwich there and been addicted to it - THE WRECK - it’s like religion. Cannot change or try anything else though the staff try to entice me.The wreck is their signature sandwich and I rate any sandwich with this as bar to reach.

Quaint little place, 90's atmosphere. Great food, although if you're a limited palate, you may not find it to your liking. I had a BLT without the A and their cheddar broccoli soup and their hot peppers on the side. Everything was excellent, and service seemed like they hadn't seen anyone new to the place in some time, as if they had forgotten that not everyone had been there, but they were very nice! Great place for a family sitdown, inside and outside seating. Don't worry too much about your dress code. Just bring hunger or don't. Prices were a bit expensive compared to something like Subway. Sandwich and a soup for $22 before the tip. Though I did get the full-size sandwich.Overall, great food, great experience, and just slightly pricy.

Are used to really enjoy going to Potbelly. Today I was excited to go again because I had earned a free perk/free entrée. The guy at the register told me that included any size including the larger size. So that's what I ordered. When I got up to the register, the guy at the register was extremely rude and told me that that was not covered. He rolled his eyes and badly, threw it into the garbage. So I ordered a regular / original size instead. The guy making it thought I had ordered a skinny, and did not seem to believe me that I had ordered an original. So he rudely said I should address it with the guy at the register. I had to pull up my receipt to show him that I did indeed say original as it was even on my receipt. But they were treating me like I was the bad guy and we're being very rude. When I was very nice and only trying to get my free perk. This was the worst customer service I have encountered in a very long time, and now I do not want to go back to this location if that's how they treat their customers.

Going down hill fast. The one manager who’s a twin is awful, the other is good. The kids who work here are so bored and indifferent. They lock their doors 20 minuets before close. Mobile orders have been wrong many times. Would rather give a ranch cup instead of just putting ranch on the sandwich.
