“Sucrose is the best bakery in the greater St. Louis area. Period. Their staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The locally roasted coffee (Blueprint) is fantastic. They also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions (GF, dairy free, etc.). In the dozens of times I have gone here, I have never had something that was not fantastic. The quiche lorraine, NY coffee cake, blueberry muffins, and macarons are some of my favorites, but that list is much, much longer. Treat yourself and go on Saturday mornings when they really go all out. Bacon, cheddar, and caramelized onion croissants, sticky buns, whole loaves of bread, amazing specials using ingredients from their garden, and so much more. During the holidays they sell whole pies and other desserts. Their apple pie is truly special and I will continue to buy it every Thanksgiving. I have been going there since they were at their old location (and also had a different name- Four Seasons Bakery), and will continue to frequent their establishment until I am no longer physically able. “Dewey's is my absolute favorite pizza restaurant! Fast, friendly, and clean. The team service their servers practice means that you always get good service from and server in the restaurant, something I wish all restaurants would practice. Their pizza is amazing with its unique toppings and pastry style crust. I strongly recommend the porky fig!“

“We made a trip to St. Charles, MO in August 2023 to ride the Katy Trail. The Bike Stop Cafe was the perfect choice to help us with the trip. They were so helpful in so many ways. Jodi got us to Clinton, MO for us to start our ride back to St. Charles. St. Charles is a cute little town to stay in, so many shops and restaurants right by Bike Stop Cafe. We also got to enjoy a lunch one day at the Cafe and the food was amazing. If we get to ride the trail again we will without a doubt use Bike Stop Cafe and their services again.“

“You will never be disappointed at Spiros. Food is always outstanding and service is excellent. Multiple fireplaces in the dining area and the outside patio has a fire pit feature and heaters if you want to brave cooler temperatures. Never feel rushed or neglected. There's a reason they have been around in multiple locations for decades. My family started going to the Natural Bridge location in the 60's. We are 3rd generation regulars at this location.“

They have the best tasting coffee, tea, and a variety of other drinks that you’d expect to find from a full-service coffee bar along with the freshest baked items which are made from scratch on site and decorated to perfection. They were quite busy when I walked in but the owner Ray came to the counter to take my order pretty quickly. I used to come here for the Taro Milk, but my current favorite was the Purple Rice Yogurt with Mango drink. It's delicious and tasted similar like Vietnamese dessert - sua chua nep cam, but in a fruity side. I also got the Purple Rice Yogurt with Blueberry and Pasteis De Nata for my girlfriend, and she absolutely loved both items. My partner got his usual Chai Latte with Oatmilk - very aromatic and the sweetness just right. Bakery and drinks here are not overly sweet. “I come to Picasso's AT LEAST once a week, the people there are always so kind and always make sure they get your order right. My favorite is their pumpkin bread, which they keep year round! They can even warm up any pastry for you. Their coffee is also delicious, and they can easily take customizations or substitutes for orders (ex: use oat milk, add vanilla, or drop the chocolate). I get take out for many people, and yet they have drink carriers that allow me to carry it all by myself. It's my favorite coffee shop and I could go on for days, but I really recommend going here! “Hidden gem here! A little pricey, but definitely worth it! Fantastic food and great service. They somehow balance the atmosphere so you would be fine in jeans or nicer attire and not feel out of place either way and the food belongs in a fancy Vegas restaurant. “Peace Love Coffee is absolutely the best vegan restaurant in the entire St. Louis area! I’ve eaten pretty much everything on the menu and most of the desserts. Everything is delicious. I usually order the chickpea of the sea sandwich with a side of chili. The desserts are out of this world delicious and moist. We have brought most of our family here and they love it too! The service is as good as the food. I can’t say enough good things about Peace Love Coffee.“

Every dish we tried was perfectly prepared and had a good flavor.As a side note, before I make recommendations, I have an autoimmune condition called celiac disease. I am so sensitive that 20 ppm is still too high for my body's response, and even though I was aware of the possibility of cross-contamination, they went far above and beyond and took additional preventative measures to ensure my safety. “Best breakfast I've had in a long time. Every plate had vibrant colors and a variety of lovely textures. The hash browns had a perfectly even layer of golden brown crisp to them. The pico de gallo was bright and authentic. The only part I didn't love was the chorizo, which was fine but not as rich and well-spiced as the chorizo I'm used to. The atmosphere is very conducive to long conversations and multiple cups of coffee or rounds of drinks, if you're into that at breakfast. Overall, this place is what First Watch wanted to be when it was a kid but never lived up to.“

Their fresh food, juices, and eclectic menu makes it so you can always try something new. They have specialties each month, and I suggest you go before the end of February and try their barbacoa chilaquiles breakfast bowl!! Today I had the morning meditation juice and the barbacoa chilaquiles breakfast bowl. The breakfast bowl was a party in my mouth! The braised beef barbacoa mixed with the eggs, beans, and other seasonings. My friend opted for the Italian Inspired omelet. You can put a reservation in online prior to arrival on busy days (like Saturday). The wait was not long this morning, and the food makes the wait worth it. One thing I like about Fresh Watch is the continuity across the chain in that regardless of which restaurant you choose the food is always good and fresh. Great service. “Tacos were straight masterpieces as usual. They added new kiosks to order. I tried it to get around the herd of lost souls who couldn't form a line or make a decision. It unecessarily ask for a cell number for what I don't know because they still call your name out. It doesnt print a receipt and if you want a drink you either have to still wait in lime or stay parched till your order is ready. Lesson learned order at the register.Still 100% worth it.“

“Terrible service from EJ. He never checked to see how our food was, not once, after salad or entree. The food was okay. Parmesan would have helped maybe. We had to ask for more water. We had a gift card from our kids to use, but EJ said the internet was down and we couldn't use it. We asked for a manager, and he said he was the manager, which is really surprising considering the lack of service we received. He finally took the gift card off of our bill. He was not a good server or manager in our opinion. Bus boy was pretty good. We would not recommend this place. EJ shouldn't be serving!! We still gave him a 15% tip, which was more than deserved.
