The hotel is super old, the rooms are very small, it seems like they were big before and they were only divided with a door that you share with other visitors, you can hear everything, the bathrooms don't have a cover, the towels are super stiff due to lack of fabric softener, they don't add water so minus one bottle, the old and broken hair dryer, in general very basic ?

Place was clean and new looking. Room was really small but it worked for one night. Triangle shower was odd but got good heat and pressure and that's what really matters. Breakfast was close to average that most hotels have. We didn't really stay and partake in it though. Tiny fridge, no microwave in room.

My opinion for the price and location this was a great stay. Queen room for two is suitable. It was clean and acceptable for a by the highway hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would stay here again.Rooms: As pictured in advertisement.

I read ALL reviews about this hotel before & after booking. Let me first say it is dirty, not clean! Many of the reviews mentioned how outstanding staff was, very nice & sweet, mentioned constant noises in the room like knocking or something, rooms were small, has a refrigerator & no microwave, all of this is ABSOLUTELY TRUE! We had 4 in our room on 2nd floor (2 kids, 2 adults), barely any walking space, no closet, no hangers - everything about it was small. My parents stayed in a room on 3rd floor and my mother mentioned the knocking noises throughout the night also. Breakfast was good & plentiful. I don't care for breakfast, but my family really enjoyed it, pancake makers, eggs, bacon, no sausage, plenty fruit! Now the cleanliness of the rooms - walking in felt stuffy, hallway and rooms felt & smelled stuffy & just icky!! The tub & sink looked white & clean; but the hardwood floors were NOT clean....they were black! we kept shower shoes on throughout!!!! I couldn't wait to leave. The staff were the best, but I can't do dirty rooms and that hotel was NOT clean. If you're OK with things being dirty but stains you can barely see with the eye, then book it. But if you don't want to feel dirty and put your things on DIRTY floors, and counters, then don't book this room. If your top priority is cleanliness, like mine, don't book. Had I known this I would have booked Holiday Inn Express 2 hotels down.

Front desk was friendly at check in. Got into our room, it had a faint odor of cigarettes and a few small nail holes in the ceiling. Our adjoining room had a spot where it had leaking and bubbled the paint on the ceiling at some point. The doors wouldn't latch all the way closed. Heavy dust on every flat surface. Walls are paper thin, we could hear the tv in the room next door.Getting ready for bed and pulled the blankets back to find a small bug in the sheets. The sheets also had black fuzz, not sure where that came from since all the sheets were white. We packed up and left. FYI if and when you find a bug here, take a picture. Travelocity will not help with a refund without a picture. Manager is stating they didn't see any in the room.We were about to put kids in the bed and grabbed everything and left is why we forgot to get a pic.

The hotel was filthy. It smelled terrible, was very run down. My grandchildren, ages 2 and 6, had 2 live bugs in their bed. The other beds had black fuzzies in them, which made us think the bedding had not been cleaned. The ceilings were stained, it looked like someone with greasy hands had touch the tv and the bedside table. When we spoke with the person at the front desk, he said he did not see a bug, and we would not be getting refunds. We had 4 rooms booked, and we all left. My family of four walked out the front door at 9:00 pm, with all of our bags, and were not even acknowledged by the person at the front desk. We were not even given an apology. I would NEVER stay here again. The rooms were filthy, the walls paper thin, one of the outside doors would not lock, and there were 2 live bugs in one of the beds, which the people at the front desk did nothing about. They didn't see them, so we will not be getting refunds. I have come home and sanitized everything we had in the room, and the bags we had in the room smell terrible, just like the room did.On your response you noted that we complained about carpet, we were talking about the carpet in the hallways. The floors in the rooms were laminate. There is no way you did not see that the rooms were dirty, because they were. Maybe we have a different definition of clean.

The hotel was very clean and the personal was always very nice and attentive, the breaksfast was included which was really nice! For the price it was a great experience. The bar was closed but we were able to sit at the cafeteria at the end of the night. The kids were able to play xbox too.

We stayed here one night while driving from Texas to Wisconsin. The hotel is new and modern, and the price was reasonable. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Our room was fine, if a bit loud, being on the first floor. The breakfast was about what you'd expect: not great, but sufficient. Check-in was easy and friendly. The bar was closed. There is a media room for guest use. Plenty of parking.

This hotel was on point with their hospitality and cleanliness. My wife and I were visiting from south Florida for our son’s graduation. We had the pleasure of meeting some of the best people working and visiting here.It was a great experience to be surrounded by nice people that did not have the south Florida attitude. This hotel is close to fort Leonard wood at an affordable price.

Love this place! Staff was wonderful. Clean rooms. I was in another hotel that was not up to par. I was training in Ft Leonard Wood for two weeks and needed to find new lodging. I called Studio Z and then went above and beyond to take care of me. Full size fridge, hardwood floors, 2 tvs, great and friendly staff. Thank you Studio Z, I won't forget what you did for me!

Had to leave and find a new hotel at 1am because of bed bugs. Front desk is unattended at night so I left a couple bugs in a cup on the desk. After searching the bed I found an infestation of adult bed bugs that take about 7 weeks to reach adulthood. Safe to assume other rooms are infested after 7 weeks of spreading. Also found very small specs of blood likely from previous people getting bit and sheets not getting changed. Check out the pictures.
