I called a week and a half or two weeks in advance Told them I needed a brisket because I wanted to smoke one at my bachelor party. They said “sounds good, I’ll place the order and it’ll be ready, pick it up Wednesday or anytime after” then they took down my info and said they’d call if they had any problems.I called in today and they said “we don’t have any”At no point did they call and tell me earlier that they were having troubles or weren’t gonna be able to get me one.I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not do business with these people again.Do not recommend. Don’t waste your time with these people

Wouldn’t recommend this place at all! Ordered a meat bundle from them. The steaks were old, ground beef was old. Majority of the meat wasn’t labeled. We thought we’d use this place because they’re closer than 3 Brothers Meat Co., but that was a mistake!

So we bought a half a cow from this place and right off the bat it was not a good experince. They said 2 weeks, which was fine. 2 weeks go by and nothing. So we call and they say it will be ready next week. Alright no problem then another week goes by and nothing. I had to constantly call to get my half a cow that I paid 1500 dollars for. Ended up waiting almost a month and a half for the half cow we were promised in 2 weeks.So we get the half a cow and everything looks right. The hamburgers good and all lower priced cuts are pretty good. What they don't tell you is that alot of your higher end steaks are gonna be back stock. I know it's back stock because the sticker is still on the packaging covered with a peice of tape with the meat cut name on it. Worst of all I have had to throw away several steaks that where Grey and definitely not safe to eat. Mind you this cow went straight into deep freeze after getting the cow. So I call and talk to the butcher I don't know his name but the butcher with the ponytail and tell him what's going on and he proceeds to give me the run around saying we're sorry we are a small business and things slip through the cracks and they are gonna make this right, my manager is gonna call you on monday. Alright awesome let's make it right. Well it's been about 3 months and nothing has been and done. Terrible customer service. I definitely recommend you take your buisness elsewhere if buying a beef. I wouldn't even be writing this if they would have done something to make this right to begin with.

They work hard to make sure that all your questions are answered and will help you customize a bundle for your needs. They are quick to fix any issue that may arise and always make sure I am happy. I won't buy my meat anywhere else the price and quality are a perfect match.

Really enjoyed talking with Chris. He was very knowledgable and I learned alot. Steaks are cut to perfection. He gave me a lot of tips on how to cook them and I really appreciated that because I always burn steaks. He filled me in on how to avoid that and keep them juicy and tender. I'll be back soon.

Customer service is a joke. The “girl” Tamara is rude to customers and lies to them. Would not recommend this store for that sole reason. Someone who is in charge should not be talking down to customers and giving them wrong information.

Ordered a cured ham with no msg for Thanksgiving. It was the best ham ever. Smoked it for 15 hours and it came out so juicy. 18 pounds of the most delicious meat you'll ever have. Thank you T's Meats for the great customer service.

Had a decent sized button buck given to me. Originally was gonna take it to the Amish like an hour away bc the price was so cheap... Let me tell u... That would've been a HUGE MISTAKE! The butcher at Ts Meats was AMAZING! he did the venison JUST RIGHT! We chatted about how I was trying to makw jerky and he cut me some amazing top n bottom rounds... The ground that i got from him has KILLER flavor! I will never again go to another butcher.... Im actually bringing him some jerky i made tomorrow. If u want ur meat done right.... Go to Ts. Worth the price.... Awesome place.... I cant wait to go back... Oh and their grab n go meals.... So goooooodddd

Just got my venison back and oh lord am I impressed! T’s Meat did a great job! I’ve tried from other places around here from other hunters and (maybe im a little biased) T’s did an outstanding job. If you guys are still looking I’d consider them!

Their meal prep services were recommended to me by a work friend. I decided to try it after the new year to help pass height/weight for the military. I’ve been doing it for 2 months now and have spent over $600 at this point. It was great at first, I LOVED not having to worry about grocery shopping and cooking weekly, and it’s so nice to have a different meal instead of eating repeats multiple days a week. But these reasons are why I had the last straw today and decided to cancel:1) 50% of the time, my meal prep was not done on the day it was supposed to be. They usually did NOT reach out to let me know of the delay but if they did (only twice due to weather), it was around the time I expected it to be ready and close to closing time instead of in the morning or at a reasonable time for me to make alternate food arrangements. So it’s impossible to rely on them and it could place you in a poor position.2) A lot of times, the proportions were off and there was not even close to 3/4 cup of protein. I once only had one tablespoon worth of meat with about a cup and a half of rice.3) I noticed the meals would get lazier and plainer by the week. For example, one week I had just three straight chicken breast meals all seasoned the same with the same veggies that was the product presumably of lazy sheet cooking. But in the fridge they maintain, there were plenty of meal assortments of better quality.4)More than once, I was given an entree item I had marked off on my preference sheet as not liking/wanting.5) I have been charged incorrect amounts of money before. And others have been accidentally charged for my meals that I had to bring to their attention and otherwise wouldn’t have been caught.6) There have been more than a handful of times I stood at the counter waiting for service for an unacceptable amount of time when the employees see me and still choose to carry on with what they are doing and make me wait.
