“Today's pit stop was in Sedalia, MO. Online reviews led us to Bandana's Bar-B-Q Sedalia, MO. Southern style signature barbecue dishes include ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, turkey, and smoked sausage. We opted for the deliciously sticky ribs, perfectly tender pulled pork, and perfectly seasoned pork/brisket sausage. Sides were barbecue baked beans, mustard potato salad, and fried okra. We alternated between the Sweet and Spicy, KC-Style, and Chicago Sweet sauces. All were excellent. Friendly service and fun decor made for a great visit. Located on US 50 just west of downtown Sedalia, follow the smokey scent to Bandana's and you're guaranteed to leave full and happy!”

“I used to Love mighty melt, but today I ordered a turkey club, and with the first bite, it tasted sweet and like maple syrup? on further inspection I disected the sandwich and it had (maple sugar) flavored bacon on it. It was by far THE WORST sandwich I have ever had a mighty melt. I won't be going back, this ruined it for me. maple and sugar are fine if you are eating pancakes, but not a mighty melt sandwich.”

“Great place to eat. The food was good and came out at a good pace. I got the avocado BLT and it was very good. Lots of bacon but only a few small slices of avocado but it was really good. My boyfriend got a breakfast platter. He enjoyed his meal as well. The bacon was the perfect crispy-ness too. And he received a large stack of toast to go with it

Parking: During busy times, I could see the lot being difficult to find a spot. Otherwise, there's a decent amount of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: One side of the restaurant has booths and the other has tables with chairs so it'd be easy to find a spot for a wheelchair.”

“The food was excellent but the staff was even better. Very personable & efficient. Atmosphere was interesting. Building was established in 1800+ as a manufacturing plant for Levi-Strauss. Was the 5th largest plant in the world - hence the name No. 5 Bistro & Bar.”

“Heads up if you don't know the area, look for "Morelos Taqueria" signs instead of "Taqueria la Michoacana." We're from out of town and almost drove past the small shop, looking for the latter. The tacos are delicious, don't miss it!

We walked in and she starred at us, going from a smile to becoming sterned face and was very short with her tone and words. I understand English is not her primary language, and that's cool, and I don't want any miscommunication, but I asked if there were any issues with us coming in and shared with her that we won't be coming back and good luck with her business.”

“Well Balancef Table, LLC catered my husband's visitation dinner. The meal started with one of his fun foods and she built from there. It was for 125 people. Everyone had all they wanted and we still had leftovers. Everything was great- from great tasting, easy to communicate to Excellent service. I could not have asked for one thing more from Afton. She and her food were a blessing.”

I want to say her name was Allie but i don’t completely remember due to the bottle of wine i had. 😂 but i highly recommend and was so excited to bring my husband last night to try. The steak was perfect and so was everything else! I will definitely be back!”

“Terrific chicken and chicken livers.

The livers are very flavorful and came out hot. We mistakenly got the wrong gravy to dip the livers in, and an employee ran out the door and let us know of the error. He said we could keep the gravy we got and assured us he’d bring the right gravy out. He did just that. Great service by caring employees.

The chicken tasted great and came out hot and ready to eat.

This was our second visit, we don’t live in the state. We drove ~45 minutes one way just to get Champs Chicken, we liked it that much the first time. Champs Chicken didn’t disappoint us either visit.”

“This is sedalias' best hometown bar. it has a great bunch of folks running it, and you never know who you might run into down there. folks there are freindily, and the drinks are mixed right. it's sedalias oldest and longest owned family bar. Low prices , friendly service what more could you ask for.”

“We were in town for the afternoon and hungry so I googled places to eat Sedalia, and Brick Front Grill came up. So I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! It was amazing! Food was delicious and staff was friendly. It was freshly cooked and came out hot. Oh and price was great too. I will definitely be back.”

“went to Freddy's tonight with my friend and we loved our burgers and fries but when it came to dessert it was a little disappointing. her turtle sunday had barely any custard, if any it was maybe 4 little spoon fulls. it was almost melted when we sat down to eat it. i got the PBC&C concrete and added strawberries. it was extremely runny more runny than a milkshake and i had maybe 2 chunks of bannanas and was over powered by stawberries. if we are paying almost $5 each (due to add ons) id hope for 1. more custard and 2. for the concrete to be more solid and not so runny/warm.”

“We had it delivered so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. The sauce tasted a little different, almost like it's straight out of the can. They used to mix the sauce every day. 6 cans of tomatoes to 1 bag of seasonings and herbs. But other than that it was okay, especially the cheese bread.”
