We were in there Fri eve. We told them what we wanted when we went in. We were the only ones in there, (the whole time we were there). There were 5 people working there that evening. She brought out the drinks & food. She was very polite. After that no one came back to the table to see if we needed a refill or anything. Ordered a pizza here last week, pepperoni + jalapeños. Driver showed up on time with the pizza and chicken wings and both boxes were crushed, cheese stuck to the lid & everything. Looked like the order had been brought over with a river anchor riding on top of it. Alright, no biggie. So I grabbed a mangled slice and noticed there weren't even jalapeños on it... Not a good job. Their facility however looks well kept.

This Pizza Hut has been in Smithville since I was born. I’ve gone to this Pizza Hut throughout my whole life (quite literally).Unfortunately the management at this place has gone extremely down hill.
