“We were in there Fri eve. We told them what we wanted when we went in. We were the only ones in there, (the whole time we were there). There were 5 people working there that evening. She brought out the drinks & food. She was very polite. After that no one came back to the table to see if we needed a refill or anything. I had to go to the counter to ask for the to go box and some more sauce. Normally we will leave around a 20% tip. This time we left a 10% tip. And then after we left we got to talking about it and wished we didn't leave anything. Normally they usually give us good service. Food was great as usual. And they are the only dine in pizza hut. They were polite and friendly. After they brough the food that was it, no one came back to check on us. If they were really busy I would have understood it better more.I used to work in food service and if you didn't give service you better not expect a tip.“
“I’ve always had the best customer service at this location. I order on the app and I guess the store was just closed when I placed my order. The app said they were open or I wouldn’t have placed my order. The manager stayed late just to make my pizza and even brought it out to my car. I will always remember that. I apologized profusely but she told me it wasn’t fault and it was pleasure to make my pizza. Since then, I still continue to have great service each time. Pizza is always ready fast, fresh, and perfect. They are our family’s go to spot when we are in a rush.“
“stopped in for a bite, the pepperoni pizza looked and then tasted awesome, grabbing from the roundie roo to get to work in a hurry, the store was busy but fast, grabbing a Mt. Dew with ice in addition, the staff seemed friendly as well. reading other reviews about bad experiences make no since, you cannot beleive everything folks write. being newer to the area of Smithville, was glad to see a Caseys, the competition sells pizza, but not a good flavour, Caseys for the win.“
“Every time my husband and I come here I try to get something different. EVERYTHING is good! You can't go wrong! Nana's home made meat balls are the BOMB! She makes them fresh weekly. Fantastic neighborhood hangout. Never disappoints.“
“When your app fails to correctly charge a customer on an online order, acknowledging there was an error and not arguing about it over the phone is good customer service. Charging the full price for your error and then refusing to refund without making us come back up there and claiming I ordered incorrectly is NOT good customer service. Manager Dave was rude over the phone and nothing but excuses. Won't be back.“
“Michael helped me out! I hadn't been in quite a while, so he explained how the pricing and such worked in a very friendly manner! He was very patient with me as well! Great balance of staying busy and talking at the same time.The food was amazing as well!! 10/10 would recommend going here over other local options!Update: I came in again and Andria helped me out! “Cute little hole in the wall. Doesn't look like much outside, but the pizzas were very yummy! The sauce was a perfect blend of richness and not heavy. We tried the thin crust and also their traditional crust! Cute bar off to the side....The service was super friendly and the food came out fast and hot!!“
“My family and I were craving pizza, so we headed out to Minskys. While we were driving there, it started to snow. Minskys was understaffed due to the road conditions, yet they made us feel welcome and took good care of us. We kept warm and had a great lunch. Thanks so much Minskys!!!!“
“My manager order pizza for my team, pizza was actually pretty good. One large chicken pizza 1/2 veggies and chicken 1/2 chicken and cheese/ regular crust. I personally prefer thin crust but you take what you can get for free! Lol! I give it a 7/10. I recommend giving this place a try, good spot for families with children.“
