When I first walked in I immediately noticed the place was dark, dingy, and dirty. I noticed the kitchen area was closed (at 4:30 in the afternoon mind you), but decided to see if there was pizza anyway. Simply by looking at it I could tell the food had been sitting wayyyyyy past it's hold time. Still I decided to grab a soda. Apparently the only one with good soda from the fountain was root beer. They are very uneducated and unprofessional. They made my pizza wrong twice and they weren’t even sorry when I called. They said they can remake a pizza but I have to pick it up…I paid for delivery because I can’t leave my house…Unbelievable, I’ll never use W Cardinal dr. location again.

Went to this location and was going to buy a donut. I was in line to pay and she announces they are cash only. I wait in line to ask what I should do with the donut I had since I had no cash. She didn't even look up, literally grabbed the bag from my hand and literally through it down the counter without speaking to me.
