Went to this location and was going to buy a donut. I was in line to pay and she announces they are cash only. I wait in line to ask what I should do with the donut I had since I had no cash. She didn't even look up, literally grabbed the bag from my hand and literally through it down the counter without speaking to me.

When I first walked in I immediately noticed the place was dark, dingy, and dirty. I noticed the kitchen area was closed (at 4:30 in the afternoon mind you), but decided to see if there was pizza anyway. Simply by looking at it I could tell the food had been sitting wayyyyyy past it's hold time. Still I decided to grab a soda. Apparently the only one with good soda from the fountain was root beer. Everything else was out, though unmarked. Finally I get to the register and noticed the guy working it was on his phone. In fact the lady in front of me had to interrupt his phone call so she could tell him she wanted to input her customer number for points. It was literally a depressing atmosphere.

They are very uneducated and unprofessional. They made my pizza wrong twice and they weren’t even sorry when I called. They said they can remake a pizza but I have to pick it up…I paid for delivery because I can’t leave my house…Unbelievable, I’ll never use W Cardinal dr. location again.

Had a messed up pizza a few weeks ago and the staff went WAY far above and beyond to make it right! Not only did they offer us a remake for free, we were also given free fountain drinks. All three women working on the evening of 8/25 displayed exceptional customer service and showed nothing but compassion and kindness. I took a video of the pizza warmer (because I like the way it looks because who doesn’t love pizza) and the shift lead came to ask if anything was wrong with the warmer. It definitely wasn’t but just a funny interaction because I was probably the only person to do this and she thought there was an issue. Long story short: I’ve never had a better experience with any Casey’s or their employees. Keep it up!!Thanks to the AGM Matt who made all of this possible! Wish I caught the names of the women to shout out as well.

Awful experience so dirty and nasty. We went in for a pizza the guy at the pizza counter was rude and didn’t seem to appreciate us asking for our pizza we ordered ahead. Had his headphones in and as we waited a few mins since it was saying on the app it was ready.We wanted fountain drinks and the cups fountains were dirty, the floor felt sticky beneath my feet there was nothing in stock for frozen food.As we went over to the counter to get the pizza the guy just stood there holding it out didn’t even say anything or act like he wanted to be there. He seem to have a bad attitude and honestly I won’t be back for the store’s appearance alone. The gas pumps half of them didn’t work without any signage up saying what did and didn’t work.The guy doesn’t need to be working there if he can’t even be mildly friendly. The only highlight was leaving.The pizza was repulsive looking and wasn’t cut properly and the cheese and sauce literally fell off and this was when we got home. 0/10 stars will be sticking with kum and go /:

Now, this is the nastiest Casey's I've been to! Workers don't even acknowledge customers cause they are on their phone. Couldn't take a picture of the bathroom as I'd probably get banned from the internet. The pictures are of the floor. When has it ever been mopped!? Cabinet doors open, tools left out and trash on counter, yet no employees around.

I really wish they wouldn't put miserable people that are angry at their own existence in customer-facing positions. The guy at the pizza counter couldn't even be inspired to actually communicate, with words. Just grunting and pointing. With ear-buds in. Got there when the app said it was going to be ready and he was just starting to put the toppings on the pizza. It's really difficult to mess up pizza, but he did it! WAY too many toppings and WAY too much cheese. Result? It doesn't actually cook all the way through! Yay! He probably would have noticed that if he had cut the pizza. Just kind of put some cut marks in the top 1/2 inch of cheese.... The worst pizza experience I have had in quite some time. This is exactly why I don't typically order pizza.
