“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“
“The location has great service, both fast and friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. The only quarrel I have is that almost every time I go I order a sweet tea and they always mess it up and give me unsweetened. It’s the one and only problem I’ve ever had though.“
“I don’t know what these people are complaining about with having to wait to get a chicken sandwich.... if you can go buy the chicken, season it, deep fry it, and prep it faster that chick-fil-A then go home and eat. They’re literally doing everything for you and all you have to do is shove food in your face, learn some patience. I have never had one poor customer service interaction with Chik-fil-A, even if it takes a few extra minutes to get my food when they’re busy. You guys are doing awesome, keep it up, and pay no attention to the terrible customers who complain about literally everything.“
