“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

Other fast food companies shouldn't be surprised that chik fil a is taking their market share. “I think this is the best low-cost cashew chicken place in Springfield. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The teriyaki chicken. Is amazing and so is their sweet and sour chicken. The parking lot is large and easy to find a spot in. This restaurant, is conveniently located just off Sunshine on Enterprise across from the car wash.Parking: Big lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances have ramps.“
