The room was wonderful and the coffee shop below was excellent. It's proximity to downtown worked out great since we were in for The Route 66 Festival. I can't say enough about the staff! A special hats off to Hayden for straightening out this old guys reservations over the phone after I screwed them up online. We will definitely be back.
This hotel is located on an up and coming street-great restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and unique. The only downside is the WIFI needs an upgrade and my bathroom sink's drain needs some attention. HIGHLY recommend.

Stayed here for family weekend at MO State. It is located close enough to the campus but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The eclectic area was fun to explore and the hotel was very quaint. I loved the old building and the coffee house staff on the first floor had great hospitality.
