Stayed here for family weekend at MO State. It is located close enough to the campus but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The eclectic area was fun to explore and the hotel was very quaint. I loved the old building and the coffee house staff on the first floor had great hospitality.

The room was wonderful and the coffee shop below was excellent. It's proximity to downtown worked out great since we were in for The Route 66 Festival. I can't say enough about the staff! A special hats off to Hayden for straightening out this old guys reservations over the phone after I screwed them up online. We will definitely be back.

We checked in but didn't stay. The room looked very nice but the building is in a sketchy part of town and a block away from other businesses. I think there is some kind of machinery shop or something similar on the same side of the street as the hotel but the opposite side of the street is totally abandoned. It's a large old building with several doors, and I think my wife and I would have been the only ones there overnight. There isn't a dead bolt on the room we rented. The only way to the room was up a substantial flight of wooden stairs. So, we decided we wouldn't feel safe and left even though we had paid for the room. The money just wasn't worth being uncomfortable all night. If we had been traveling with more people we may have felt differently. This looks like a neat place to stay but it just didn't work for us and I want others to know what they are getting into.

This hotel is located on an up and coming street-great restaurants within blocks of the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and unique. The only downside is the WIFI needs an upgrade and my bathroom sink's drain needs some attention. HIGHLY recommend.

I love places that are interesting, beautiful, and have history. This hotel has all that! I enjoyed walking around the vibrant downtown neighborhood, too. We were in the Jaipur room, which has an accessible bathroom with lots of safety bars and a walk-in shower. The elevator was not working while we were there, however, so double-check if that is important to you. The Jaipur room is very large and includes a "nook, " which could be used as an office. From reading other reviews, I can see that concerns from other guests have been addressed. We booked through Expedia with no problems, and our room had a latch on the door. So if the owners are reading this, I recommend more hangers, a bath mat, and a soap pump at the kitchenette sink.

Tried the goat cheese and apple toast...what i liked was the creaminess of the goat cheese with walnuts, dash of cinnamon, with drizzled date sauce on naan bread!! Nice mild flavors and creamy goodness!!! Marsala chai tea both perfect for fall breakfast!!!

Big city feel without pretense. Beautiful decor--simple and lovely, grabs you immediately when you walk in. The service-- friendly, genuine. The products--top notch; best chai latte in Springfield, and the avocado toast, wow! In a world where mediocre is the new norm, this little place stands out! Skip the queue and attitude at the nationwide chains and give this local gem your hard earned dollars. My new go to!

I was in the area, and decided to grab a Cortado. I asked whether I could have one with oat milk, and then was saddened that the total cost was over $4, nearer to $5. I asked how that was so expensive, and was told that by requesting oat milk it went up by $1. Normally, if there's additional charges for using non-dairy milk I would accept that but in this case one dollar is a lot more considering that the original price of the drink was $3.25. If anyone knows, a Cortado is a very small drink, therefore adding an extra dollar for oat milk doesn't make any sense and appears to be a bit of a price gouge. I would hope that the owners of this coffee shop would do better. As it is, I would probably have tipped your barista the $1.

Great coffee, friendly staff, lovely ambience. If you're looking for super sweet coffee concoctions this place might not be for you. Menu items much simpler. They have seasonal drinks that I would highly recommend. This summer I got the horchata latte and it was yums

My wife and I do a lot of traveling and we always like to try local coffee places. We came across Eurasia coffee and we both really enjoyed it! The ambience was very pleasing, very warm and relaxing. My wife ordered the brown sugar cinnamon latte and I ordered the horchata latte. Both were very good. The breakfast sandwich was also amazing. All in all 5 stars

Delicious honey lavender latte. The 4 of us shared a brown butter rice crispy that was super tasty! Friendly service.

This is a unique boutique hotel. To my knowledge, the only one of its kind in Springfield. Personally, I am tired of the cookie cutter, sterile, boring, mega chain low value, budget hotels with nothing nearby except more cookie cutter, sterile, boring..... I admire and support locally established businesses with a "story" like this one and the diversity of the many restaurants nearby. Yes, it is not perfect, and it is not meant to be. That is exactly what makes it shine. This is for the adventurous, the daring, the bohemian, the supporter of local creativity, hard work, community and initiative. The room I stayed in was the Pokhara. Large, high ceiling, shiny wood floor. Per info, some of the original wood from the remodel gutting out has been recycled and used to make furniture (bed frame, tables, shelves, closets, etc.). The king size bed is divine and manufactured locally ! The room is equipped with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. The highlight was the hot water kettle and the V60 brew filter for preparing the gourmet coffee provided. I have traveled quite extensively and never seen this type of brewer. I was impressed. The coffee was great. Looking for the same on Amazon ! Periodic noise from nearby railroad is a negative but it is part of the "experience" and I quickly got use to it. Some recommendations would be to provide a work table lamp and sound reducing windows. The diversity of the many restaurants nearby along the historic Commercial Street is outstanding. And they are authentic (Peruvian, Dutch, Cuban, Lebanese). There is something for everyone and all within walking distance. The historic downtown area is immaculate and really well developed. Free 2 hr street parking. No meters. Parking is on street adjacent to hotel and was not an issue. The hotel has a coffee shop that makes a delicious Breakfast Sandwich and "real" coffee. The espresso is the real thing. They even have light lunch/dinner options. It is run separately from the hotel. Friendly attentive staff. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I felt safe, comfortable, in a special place and will definitely return.

It’s a unique spot. Very eclectic. My wife and I think it has great potential, but really need some work. Cleanliness is a major matter for us. While the room is spacious, floors were not as clean as we expected. Also note it’s near the railroad and it has a skylight, if you’re sensitive to either. The street is so unique and has lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a historic one.
