They are not using Dairy Queen products. It’s like going to McDonald’s and ordering a double cheese burger and instead you get a frozen cheese burger from the dollar tree. Please call corporate to report this establishment if you’ve noticed your food doesn’t taste “right”. They can get fined or shut down it serving anything other than dairy queen approved food. Make sure you get a receipt too!!

Went to the drive thru on 1/13/24 and was told they weren't taking orders and was only doing Grubhub? I don't understand how that business strategy works but I'll never waste my time going there again. This used to be a reliable established neighborhood business, I don't know what's happened.

This is one of the older DQ's in Springfield in fact it is the oldest LOL. But one year ago I would not have recommended it to anyone. I think it was being run by meth heads or something then it was pretty bad. But now they have new ownership and and I have been there a few times this summer to get food for the wife and I we both love the ice cream and shakes burgers chicken tenders and more. And the food has been great under the new ownership. I also deliver food and I pick up a lot from this store and have not had any complaints yet about time or quality. Keep up the good work ? glad to see it in new hands.

Employees should be more customer service friendly. Tried giving my 3 blizzards while I was alone in my car without lids and not so much as a drink carrier until I had to ask for each item. Be thoughtful works much better.Dietary restrictions: They have allergy signs up about possible contamination. Use common sense
Ice cream was fabulous! Service was pretty good. Loved the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard and the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Blizzard!The building is beginning to show its age.We exited through the side door. There was spilled icecream/beverage. The concrete was a mess. The rail going down by the steps was sticky. AND THERE WERE BEES! There was also trash outside on the side walk area (with the BEES).

Without a doubt, the WORST customer service I've EVER received. I am appalled at the way your employee SCREAMED at my wife when she called to make a simple correction to an online order. You should be ashamed of yourselves. We will never spend another dime here or at any of the locations in town, knowing they're likely all owned by the same people.

New Owners/Management?I have worked in Restaurants off and on my entire life, usually in the evenings, PT after my full time job. I understand how big of a pain it is to change the grease in the fryers.If you're establishment is serving several different fried foods, make sure that you are not cooking the fries in the same grease or change it more often. Chicken strips tasted like.... idk what really and they were so tough that I needed a steak knife to cut them. Also the Texas toast was like rubber... 16ply tire rubber!! There was a language barrier as well between us and the employees.NOTE TO HEADQUARTERS: STOP sending out coupons for your restaurant chains IF they aren't going to honor them and 2 should be able to use the same coupon IF they are there together just paying separately geez!

I came across town to the dairy queen on college st. I downloaded the app for the .85 blizzard which expires on Oct 1, 2023. They would not honor it. I usually always go here for the cakes, etc. Because it's near me. Well. They have lost my business for good at this location. Do better and honor your customers. I ended up not ordering anything. Sad.
