He had waters at the table within 1 min of seating. When we ordered drinks. The rest of the table ordered soda. I ordered unsweetened tea. He tried to steer me away from the “unusual” tasting tea. I said it was ok as I don’t drink sodas . He was right ? I drank it anyway.Ordered 5 appetizersRueben Rolls - most excellent taste just like a RuebenScottish eggs - unique flavor. Salsa was good. Was wanting more spice tho. Guacamole was my only disappointment. No salt or spice and had a very distinct lemon/orLime taste.Fried pickles Breaded fried pickles - so good . Im not a fan of the sandwich style pickles for fried . However these were top notch.Entrees includedAlfredo Mac with Shrimp x2 - So creamy and tender shrimp . - Huge PortionsPub Mac - The best Mac I’ve ever tasted . In a beer battered fish n chips competition. Hands down this would win. I love my fish. The show string fries are on fire. Perfectly seasoned and delicious. Slaw was slaw (not a fan of slaw) but was delicious, not too much dressing and not dry.El Dublin chicken and Chorizo with the house made queso . OMG . Served with tortillas.Overall the food is very well prepared . Service was top notch. He went above and beyond every step of the way.This place was packed and he never missed a beat.The young adults ordered soda floats for dessert. Very interesting combinations .Chocolate ice cream and Dr PepperCookies n cream with cherry cokeVanilla and cherry coke .We will be back. On top of everything. The seat we had was by the big window over looking the street. Dinner and entertainment ?Pictures are not the best. We were staying at a hotel nearby and stopped by here for a late night snack. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We got the cheese curds, and bucket of fries, which both were delicious! For dessert we got the brownie covered in ice cream and cinnamon pretzels. Brownie was amazing! Pretzels were just okay. Overall a great meal!

I've eaten a number of times at Dublin Pass, and had OK experiences. But my experience there today causes me to resolve that I will never go back. That's a shame, since it is owned by a good operator. Unfortunately, the people he has running Dublin's Pass don't know anything about customer service. Today I went there for lunch. I walked in at 12:30 and the place is about half full. The person at the checkstand tried this year me toward the bar. No thank you I don't want to sit at the bar. Then he tried to get me to sit at a high top table in the bar. No, thank you. I don't want to sit at a high top. "I'll just take a booth, please." He replied " We save the booths for larger parties, so I can't see you there." Really? There are multiple booths open and I'm the only one waiting for a seat, and you can't allow me to sit where I am most comfortable? The young fellow just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. That's terrible customer service, not what I'm used to when I go to Metropolitan Grill, Pat's other restaurant. In this day and age, I would think they would be thrilled to have a customer. But, apparently not. If you get the chance, go somewhere else and give Dublin's Pass a pass. Sorry Pat.
