This is the only place in Springfield (that I know of) that offers solely 100% plant-based food. Thus, you better try it before their planned closure on June 30th. To me, the food felt very average. It tasted different, but there was nothing that special about it. The single employee who was working at the time was also inattentive. If you enjoy vegan food, you will probably love this place. It is pretty cheap and no place offers a menu like Earth’s Harvest.

This is located in route 66 food truck park. They have both food and none dairy ice cream. There's a lot of different other trucks and there's also an indoor beer seating area that has a restroom. Every time we go everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Food here is incredible!! Stopped here on our toad trip and super happy we found this Springfield gem. Highly recommend their boneless bbq sandwich and appetizer sampler. Although, I’m sure the rest of the menu is great as well.

Visiting this town and looking for plant based lunch, I encountered this business . It is apparently a stationary food truck in a food truck park called Route 66 Food Park. There is a giant statue of a chef in front of the lot. There are plenty of parking but not sure how it is on weekends. There are other businesses including other food trucks in the lot and a building with bar, pool table, restrooms, etc. There are outside dining area and inside dining area associated with the bar. It is a neat setup for all of the businesses to share the eating areas. It is a neat place to hangout. The food at Earth's Harvest were delicious. We ordered Fizzled Mushrooms appetizer, Philly Cheesesteakish combo with potato salad, side salad, and beefless tacos. I am interested to try other items on their menu. The potato salad was so yummy. We will definitely try to go back before leaving town. I believe this is the only 100% plant based business in town.

Springfield, you have a gem! Family and I were passing through town for a weekend getaway and placed an early order for a charcuterie board, sham ham, dinner rolls and some Phillys and nuggets. Ate the latter two that night for dinner and had the charcuterie and Sham ham over the next several days. All of it was phenomenal!
Today I Had this place first time and it was really PHENOMENAL! II would like to go again with my friends :)

I am so grateful to have vegan options in Springfield, and Earth's Harvest is no exception! If you want a little food-truck treat, this is the #1 spot to visit! If I'm being honest, the one critique I have is that the food prep is not always consistent. (Heard this from one other friend as well.) I like the haystack, recommend it, and it is delicious! However, sometimes I get it and it's a salad, and other times it's like chili and chips with a little bit of lettuce, so I always specify that I want it salad style. Soft serve is also yummy!
