would not take my order because I didn't not have a mask on me but they still took other orders from people who wore their mask on their chin not covering their mouth or nose at all. I'm not impressed at all it will a while before I eat there again

So sad, I love Fuddruckers but our burgers were overdone and I couldn't figure out the tong situation (for the tomatoes and such). The condiments station was really sloppy.

I love this place. The fact that this place has 2.5 at the time of reviewing is insane. It's so tasty and the inside is fun. Lots of burger toppings. Great variety. I love it.

My hubby and I stopped here for a late lunch, as we were going through Springfield. there were only a couple people in the restaurant seating area. We had a good meal and left. About 15 minutes down the road I realized I didn’t have my purse! I frantically looked everywhere and my husband said I took it in the restaurant. So I called them and sure enough someone found it. Not sure if it was an employee but i want to thank whom ever for bringing to the front. I got my purse and I was very thankful.

Lady at the front was rude about wearing a mask even though there was a guy literally filling his cup up and drinking it at the fountain. Very biased. Also messed up a very easy salad- one thing asked not to be in it and they messed it up. Granted I got a refund and the lady who refunded me was nice but the First Lady was not. So we will not be back.

Being a single father me and my kids don't get to go out very often. Fuddruckers used to be our favorite place to go to. Our visit was met by staff that didn't seem to really want to be there, tables dirty and sticky, floors sticky as well. My oldest daughter almost fell in the bathroom because of how greasy the floors were. The food, where do I start. My burger was burnt, fries had pretty much no taste, and the chicken strips were overcooked and cold. One of the worst experiences. I think we are done with trying to go to Fuddruckers ever again.

Great food! They need to work on cleanliness of their restaurant - tables, food areas, reastrooms. This would not be hard to do, but impacts the experience for sure!

Food was good, service was meh. Tried to call in my order on my way home from work so it would be ready when I arrived. First, no one answered. When I called back, I was picked up on but no one said anything or really answered the phone. All I could hear was background voices. And then when I hung up to call back, the phone was busy/off the hook. Apparantly short staffed and busy? When I arrived, the parking lot was fairly full (granted it's a small lot) and only about 8 tables in the restaurant. I walked right in and placed my order with no waiting in line. Still took about 30 min to get the food. Enjoy the food but atmosphere and customer service was cruddy tonight. Don't think I'll be back to this location.
It was around 6:30 on a Saturday night. They were out of rib eye sandwiches and hamburgers. I could understand it if they were busy but that was not the case. You just expect a hamburger place to have hamburgers. The customer service was terrible. The condiment area was filthy. My family has been sad because we use to really enjoy eating there.

Establishment was pretty clean, to include restrooms. The burgers and potato wedges were great. However, the mac and cheese was cold as if it was taken out of the refrigerator. The two individuals that were preparing the food had no hair nets.

The food here is great! I especially enjoy their Oreo shake and grilled chicken sandwich. They are typically quick and do have great bread. The only downfall is the cleanliness factor. They require guests to wear masks (and kick families out if their kids don’t have any) but won’t wipe down the condiments (ketchup etc). I had to wipe them down to use them. They were sticky and had hair in between the levers. Their bathrooms are not always clean either. If they could get the hygiene better this place would knock it out of the park.

Waited 30 min for food. Asked about the food. They said it wasn't ready yet. 10 min later the food came out, burger was barely warm and my wife's food was cold. People who ordered after us got their food almost 15 min faster than we did. A single slice of cheese overpowered the entire burger, also found a small hair in the burger. And the shake machine was down,, which is like half the reason to come here. These guys used to be great, not sure what happened in the past year but I'm not coming back
