Our food was horrible in caparison to the previous visit . Service was not so great it was not what was expected we were rushed the meal was not even half done and the check was brought to the table. There was no offer for desert or refills on our drinks . Waiter came every couple moments wanting to collect the bill . Disturbing.
I want to give a “shout out” to the Olive Garden in Springfield, MO! My husband and I had lunch there and our service was outstanding! Our server, Christine M., was the very best and even my husband, who rarely gives compliments, was totally impressed and now wants to go there whenever we are in the city for lunch or dinner! This is my daughter's favorite place. The only issue we had was the 35 min wait, and it was frustrating watching people who just walked in getting seated. We only had 5 people, which is not hard to accommodate. However the waiter was fabulous and the food was great.
