As always, their bakery products and food are great. However, it's also a nice place to get a little work done with their free Wi-Fi and abundant plugins.

I was NOT amused by the amount of attitude the cashier gave me over a question I had about ordering today. He talked to me like I was stupid. I left after that.

Panera's prices have increased significantly but you get smaller portions. Steak sandwich was basically bread with a tiny amount of meat and cheese. My side was bread and it was like a 2" piece. Broccoli cheddar soup looked like it was yesterday's soup re-heated. Ordered a lemon cookie, I have never had a hard lemon cookie at Panera before. Spent over $20 and won't go back to that restaurant again.

We eat on a regular basis, although we don't eat out a great deal.I am not amused today. When you legitimately call to warn that 2 people that are the same soup ( broccoli cheese ) and became horribly sick ... and have the employee say nothing but "Thank You for telling us" .... that's Lame. I know there is scammers and liars, but not even a "let me get my manager" or an offer of a free drink next time....just nothing but that you interrupted them with a phone call........Wow.Love the concern.... $78 for being sick all night & missing a day of work.

I ordered full order of soup and full order greek salad with 2 sides of bread. Order came and no bread was delivered. My order with tip came within pennies of $30. My receipt says to contact manager if order wrong. Manager is a coward as he lets his employees handle things. They blamed Grub Hub with the order not being right as I was suppose to contact them and make them bring my bread even though Panera's employee did not put it in the bag with the order. I told them to forget it. I wasn't calling Grub Hub and blaming them. Never did speak to a manager. Maybe they don't have one.

Very disappointed in this Panera Bread location. Normally love everything they make so I was excited to try the new Chicken Signature Take sandwich. I get there right at lunch beginning to get it fresh. When I ordered it the cashier walked a few feet away to ask if they have the sandwich and I hear someone tell her no, they are still frozen. She returned and states they are out of the sandwich. Out of both the signature and spicy. She didn’t realize I overheard that they weren’t out- but frozen bc they aren’t ready for lunch. . So you have 2 brand new items MANAGEMENT, but you run your restaurant so poorly that you don’t have your menu ready for lunch?? I ordered a small item and left. They lost a large order bc I was buying for the office. I also didn’t tip. Unexceptionable management. Your employees loose out on tips and the public gets angry at them when you don’t have your menu ready!

Where do I start…there wasn’t anything good to say about our experience. We get there and it was freezing inside, maybe 65 at the most. We spent $20 on two bowls of soup and it was literally 90% chicken broth and 10% actual food so that was a complete waste. Then our food got to us cold, and the cashier told me to heat it up myself when I told them about it. The place was disgusting, you could tell they hadn’t cleaned it at all. There were crumbs everywhere and tables all over that were sticky and gross. Not to get heated over fast food, but this was the most god awful service I’ve ever had. -5 stars if I could.

I love the healthy options that Panera offers. The food is really good and most of the time is ready when they say it will be. Over all a really good place to get some quality food. Accuracy, however, is not their strong point. I travel quite a bit and Panera is one of my go to places to eat but I have found that getting exactly what you order is often a problem. Good help is hard to find right now particularly in food service so I am not going to bash them to hard on this. I would just warn everyone to check your to go order before you leave the restaurant because there is about a 50/50 chance it will be wrong. Not horribly wrong like the completely wrong item but say you order a breakfast sandwich and choose your egg to be scrambled as opposed to over easy, you may get scrambled, your may get over easy or you may get both. And sometimes, just no egg at all. I could give lots of examples but given the current employment environment I don’t see things changing for the better anytime soon. They are always very nice and quick to correct the error and the food is just so good. They were not this way pre-pandemic so I blame it squarely on the difficulty of finding good help now days. As far as everything else goes I would give them 4 and 5 stars.

I don’t get to stop by this Panera bread on South National very much. But when I do, I enjoy coming there. I’d like to give a shout out to Mrs. Patti. I’ve known her for a few years. She’s very sweet, very kind person. She’s exceptional at providing Great customer Service! You have some of the finest workers at Panera Bread on South National. Thank you Mrs.Patti for your kindness and gentleness and for going out of your way in being a blessing to me. Thank you for being so caring. God bless you in all you do. Thank you Panera Bread!

I like some of the food, but it is ridiculous that they still have no gluten free options. It's also soooo expensive for what you get! I can only eat here once in a blue moon. I used to visit here regularly when a friend and I both had the sip deal for coffee and tea, and we would meet between classes once per week to do homework and chat...but unless I have a regular plan like that, this place is too rich for me!
