If I could give 0 stars I would. My girlfriend brought home chicken and two sides of red beans and rice from this location. The rice that was on top of the beans in both containers was hard, uncooked rice. The lack of respect for peoples hard earned money is unreal. If you hate your job that much do us all a favor and quit already and stop serving garbage for food.

Just stopped by to get food for my family and doors where locked and there was people inside it was 10:30pm when I was there... If you can't be open when you advertise online and on the door maybe change it because I drove like 3 miles just to have to turn back and go home thanks for wasting your costumer's time

I love Popeyes. Being the only person in line, I had expectations of fairly quick service. One cook was looking at his phone and one cook was working. The only other person was staring out the drive up window avoiding eye contact. There was no one in the drive through. After 3 minutes of standing there alone, I left and went across the street. This is twice in a row. Guess I’ll scratch this off my list of lunch options.

I have lived in the area of this Popeyes for 5 years, there has not been a single time I have gone that I haven’t been disappointed. They’re always out of food items or they can’t accept cash or they can’t accept card. It is always something. Worst Popeyes location that I’ve ever been to.

I did a drive-thru pick-up. I'd ordered thru the app. When I got there, they told me they couldn't fill the classic tenders part of the order, nor could they substitute classic chicken. The only substitution was spicy tenders. So that's what I did. Not their fault they can't make other substitutions or cancel part of the order. That would have to go through corporate and the IT dept for the app orders.Everyone at the store was nice and did what they could. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Corporate needs to make some app changes though... fix it so they can make changes or fix it so can't even order something if they're out of stock.

Every single time I come here. Gotta wait 30+ minutes for food. Workers always work as slow as they can other times there to high to work fast. One night they closed 30 minutes early screwing me out of an order for grubhub. This place is absolutely the slowest n worse place In Springfield. Do not come here.

Found blonde hairs in my food the kid at the register/ preparing my food had long blonde hair with no hair net, he seemed to be more busy playing with the ring in his nose rather than serving food, gave me like 2 French fries with my meal....probably the most unprofessional experience I've had going yo a fast food chain....

Slowest service ive ever had ordered ahead online got there 15 min after ordering was told the drive through was closed at the drive through box and that i had to come in then i stood in line behind 3 ppl for 20 min intil they finally looked up my order and started making it everyone in line was waiting and making changes because they are currently out of everything but the online dont tell you that they didnt make anything right i had to settle for several things i didnt even want also all there lights are off at 9 at night the last guy that walked in was chicking if they was open because theey look closed definitely wont be back to another popeyes
