I did a drive-thru pick-up. I'd ordered thru the app. When I got there, they told me they couldn't fill the classic tenders part of the order, nor could they substitute classic chicken. The only substitution was spicy tenders. So that's what I did. Not their fault they can't make other substitutions or cancel part of the order. Came here on New Year's Eve for an early lunch. The staff were super friendly, and the chicken was fresh and crispy. I used to work at Popeye's, and I can say from experience that the food here was next level. These guys deserve a raise.Money well spent. I love Popeyes. Being the only person in line, I had expectations of fairly quick service. One cook was looking at his phone and one cook was working. The only other person was staring out the drive up window avoiding eye contact. There was no one in the drive through. After 3 minutes of standing there alone, I left and went across the street. This is twice in a row. Guess I’ll scratch this off my list of lunch options.
