Stumbled upon this place while looking for a local coffee business to support. SO happy to find a vegan restaurant here in Springfield but even more happy to find they were absolutely delightful in every way imaginable! Great coffee and even better food, like holy wow! Rachel works her bum off to ensure Springfield has gourmet vegan offerings, everything from the coffee to the pastries to the lunch specials are so flavorful that you wouldn't even know you were eating entirely vegan. I'm not vegan but I pick days out of my week where I eat as close to vegan as I can and I get cravings for this place when I'm too lazy to cook.
