I pulled in BK drive thru at 3:30pm, on April 17th, 2024. After waiting 10 minutes, for 2 Whopper Jr's, they said I have to park. After about 5 more minutes, I went inside. After some rude comments by the employee, I requested a refund. The worker told me to just hold on a few more minutes. I've already waited 15 minutes, and I demand a refund. Then the manager walks up and tells me that BK doesn't give refunds, and now I have to leave. She says I was too loud. So, I left with no food and no refund. Burger King just flat out ripped me off, for $5.54. If you are fond of Thieves, and enjoy getting your Money stolen from you, then I recommend going to Burger King.

Might as well close this location! Horrible customer service! You will sit at the drive thru speaker for 10 mins waiting for someone to speak during operation hours just to find out they are closed and even the lobby doors were locked! Put up a sign that you are closed so people with real jobs and things to do can stop wasting their time stopping at your busted a$$ Burger King!

Almost every fast food restaurant has been the same since Covid 19. Horrible service, Pulled up to drive thru only to be told it would be 10 minutes before they could take my order. Why are you even open then. Take those minutes you spend telling us you're closed and get open.

Not during a busy time..a couple cars in the drive thru and 4 people inside.. Took 15 minutes, which is not "fast food". Not nice or helpful attitudes. Got my order wrong. Fries weren't cooked thoroughly and weren't salted.

Horrible experience. Drive thru took forever and forgot some of our food, had to go back to get it. When I went inside to get our missing food, everyone looked extremely stoned. Looked like some area managers were having a meeting in the dining room, so you figure the employees would at least try. The quality of the food was terrible but Im sure that's just Burger King everywhere now. We will not be returning.
I haven't been to this location in a few years but decided to order since it was close by. My fries were cold, unsalted, and tasted old. I ended up throwing them away. I also got a regular cheeseburger which was fine but it seemed like it was reheated. Maybe an off night?

The staff was not friendly the kept saying after every item I ordered is that all which made me feel like I was a burden to them!!!
Forgot to ask the lady’s name. Whoever was handling drive through at 6:10AM on 12/18/2023 deserves to be recognized. I requested extra crispy hashbrowns along with my order she was very sweet and accommodating and my hashbrowns tasted great! Just wanted to show my love and appreciation because as the next generation continues to join the work force you never know if you’re going to get a ray of sunshine or whatever the opposite of that is. Thanks for being awesome while sleepy customers who just got out of bed go get something to eat.
