The girl too busy talking in the background to get my order correct, I thought the total was low so when I got to the window, I said do I have 2 #1 and a bacon doubles cheeseburger. Where are my drinks? Oh you want meals, I asked you that is what she said as she closed the door on my face as I was talking. Then she called I guess the manager over to fix it. Deborah is the name on the ticket. Then she spills the drink on me and say oops. I was on the drive thru. What horrible service. These kids are a joke. I hope a manager responds

The food at Freddy’s is usually good at every other Freddy’s, but wow this Freddy's is NOT it. My friend ordered chicken tenders and they were cold and heavily-breaded. I ordered a burger and fries, which were good, but I also ordered a mini CONCRETE and when they give me the order, I noticed that they had given me a malt. I then went back and told them that, and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy and said, “That IS a concrete.” You can look at the picture yourself, does that look like a concrete to you? ? The worst part is, the lid was on there so tight that when I opened it to eat it (since I already paid for it) it got all over me. The cherry on top was that the manager with the ponytail was super creepy and went on like 2 rants before we could politely make an exit. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

The counter person was very helpful. It was 11:30am and the unsweetened tea was empty as it was never made. There were no napkins in the dispenser, and the women's bathroom was dirty and the used feminine hygiene container was overflowing. This is not what we expect when we go to Freddy's.

Freddy’s food is delicious and it’s a whole lot like Steak ‘n Shake since most Steak ‘n Shake have closed down. It’s a great place to go and eat the restaurant is like Steak ‘n Shake used to be with maybe cafeteria style tables that you can move around and feed a group if you’d like. Their sandwiches are great and the service is great. It’s a very pleasant place to go for lunch or dinner if you choose.
They always take forever every time I'm here and they also did not get my order correct the last time. They also aren't very nice. I wouldn't normally leave a review about these things separately if they didn't happen multiple times with multiple issues since the food is good. Customer service isn't good, food is usually fine tho. Very slow. Also, to mention that the past 2 times I've been, it was at like 3pm, so you wouldn't think it would be slow at all.

Customer service needs attention. Stop rushing me to place my order. Stop asking me, is that it?, after each item I order. Let me finish looking to see if I want to order anything else. Napkins? Utensils? Condiments? Thank you? None of these. If the food didn't taste good, I wouldn't come here.
I showed up at 8 pm on a Friday and the drive thru was closed so I walked in and was told they are not taking orders due to being short staff. As soon as we leave they immediately open the drive thru. At that point didn't even wanna order, worried that the food is just as bad as their service. Creve Couer location is much better!
