I ordered a sandwich combo plus a biscuit, first they failed to give me a drink, then counted the cheaper biscuit as the side, so I had to pay extra for a pricier side.Edit: i told them to remove the pickles and guess what I saw when I pulled out the sandwich? PICKLES! Worst service in my life.
When did Popeye’s stop caring about the quality of their food? I mean why cook food early and leave on hold for hours and sell it? Why am I always missing something from my order? Why is the food a hit or miss on consistency and warmth? What are the supervisor’s thoughts on this? Who is the GM and why is this ok? Tonight was the worst,I ordered chicken tenders,12 piece wings and 2 plain wings because said I couldn't put 2 wings plain,and 10 being sweet and spicy., said there also be await for the wings just started cooking To pull around where doors are.i seen other vehicles pull behind me waiting,tell me why they all got there food and I was still waiting,like an hour.then The tenders wasn't even crunchy!
