Ran out of rice at 6:30 p.m. a good sign of poor management. Staff was not polite. Sign of poor training and hiring. An obvious sign that food safety and quality are also likely lacking. Nice new store, it's a shame they didn't invest in people
Even tho I waited for fresh sweet fire inside, she let my noodles sit in a bowl and get cold and then when she went to pour in the fresh chicken she scooped the old put it in my bowl, added a couple pieces of hot chicken and pineapple, and put a lid on. Most of the chicken I got was just crunchies, it had no meat!

The food was delicious but I saw an employee who hadn't clocked in yet come in from outside without washing their hands and began to cook I won't eat there if I see that person there cooking it was a female!!!
