Extremely poor customer service. Some employees have a lot to learn. Was scolded by the bag boy for taking 5 too many items through the self checkout of their new 10 item limit. Policy not enforced to any other shoppers around me, and when I arrived to checkout there were 4 open check stands! Another reason to shop Aldi!

schnucks doesn't give their employees raises. That's horribl! I know one employee who got a 15 cent raise. Are you kidding me? So chea!

Shop here quite often it usually is an alright place to get groceries, but the last time I shopped there I dealt with a self check out person named Larry that was incredibly rude. I've never used yelp and the only reason I downloaded it was so I could write a review about how much of an a****** Larry is.

customer service woman with long blonde hair (Pam) treated me like I was a thief because their computer glitched, and it even said approved on the debt machine. So it turns off right in the middle of my transaction for (63.85)... three people went to handle it, and nobody could figure it out. I said three different times can you just write my number my name down I'll pay for it and you can give me my money back after.... She ignores me or maybe she didn't hear me. I don't know.... But I f****** said it. After 20 minutes of holding me hostage in their store, she walks around the courtesy counter to my cart and acts like she's going to put it up. Then, I said you know some people are going through some s**** and she says I'm going through some s**** She waits until she gets to the counter to tell me her mother in law is dying and I just started bawling my eyes out mid sentence. My brother died 8/4/21; and my husband died 1/4/22. My best friend killed himself 8/25/20. my grandma died 12/12/2019. One death every single yr. My brother and my bester died less than a yr apart. Nothing is normal anymore. I'm always sad. Not including I've been living in a hotel and being harassed and forgotten by my leasing management for 2.5 months. We got back in the day this woman took it upon herself to embarrass and disgrace me. They told me I couldn't leave; not with my groceries that I just paid for. Although I showed her my app that showed her the money was taken. I'm going to believe the government computer over Schnucks any day. Yes it's EBT. I'm done being embarrassed of it. The ones who hate on you for it can't get it and I'm sorry that's the way things are but I got a feed my kids and I'm gonna do it anyway I need to show EBT is how I do it. This woman help me hostage in the store and forcefully made me pay a second time. After screaming out EBT, 15 to 20 different times to her coworkers over and over again, and all these customers are staring at me as they walk through. But this time I'm bawling, my eyes out in this f****** woman has the nerve to like literally asked me if I have a rewards account number. I am not gonna come back here.; I'm not spending my money here anymore. Keep your damn rewards.. I called back to customer service and three other people and reported her and requested that the dude that works the self check out get a raise for having to deal with the B********* every day. I said I don't want any compensation except my money back which they even charged more than what I had to pay cause I only owe 6385 and she charged and 6510 to the second time. Customer care so gonna take 30 days to get my transaction money back. That I'm not even worried about. Don't shop at Lindenwood Schnucks if you have to go anywhere go to a different one..

I have never felt so appreciated at a grocery store in my life. The employees are very inconsiderate of the customers. I started shopping there between 6 and 7 AM on Saturdays because I did not trust the employees. I was almost run into by a an employee pushing a shopping cart. I prefer to bag my own groceries because when my groceries are bagged by one of the employees, I have found both broken and missing items that I paid for after going home. At the self check-out lanes, I was yelled at by an employee. He said, "You shouldn't bring a cart in here!" I reported it to the manager and he said, "I don't know why you shouldn't be able to bring a cart in here." I guess he changed his mind and now the employees are running the store and that is why they are allowed to treat the customers so rudely, there is a lack of leadership. I could understand if the store is busy, however, between 6 and 7 AM on Saturday there are hardly any customers. Therefore, customers should be able to use the self check-out lanes whether they have a cart or not. The employees at this location do not appreciate the customers. I called other Schnucks locations in the St. Charles area and was told that customers are allowed to use any register at any time. I will be looking for another store to shop at and spend my weekly hundred dollars on groceries where the employees and leadership appreciate their customers, Lindenwood Schnucks does not. I work too hard for my money to waste it at store where the employees and management do not appreciate their customers. I wonder if this is just a beginning of Schnucks's new attitude towards it's customers?

I recently stopped in and had my shopping cart stop as I was exiting the store. I was stunned!! Someone came up and "released my cart" and merely apologized that sorry but they have a lot of theft. I will never shop in this store again!!!

Great bakery section. Really enjoyed their gooey butter cake. Decent liquor and beer selection as well.

I shop at this Schnucks at least once each week-- sometimes other days, too, if I find I need to pick up extras.I've found the customer service to be fine, the layout is fine, and their rotation of product is mostly fine. There have been a few times I've found expired product on shelves waiting to be bought.My biggest complaint is that they don't consistently remove sale price tabs under products. I think I'm buying a product for a price that's cheaper than what rings up at the register. Of course, if I remember to review the receipt before leaving, I can wait, and talk to someone at customer service. They have to investigate, but will refund the difference. I make the point because this is an ongoing problem. It happens ALOT.Otherwise, this store is fine. I will continue going there.

This was a nice little grocery store. I stopped here on the way home to see if I could find some of the local favorites that I'd fallen in love with. They don't have the biggest selection but they have a lot of great items. The best part is the alcohol selection. They certainly have quite the variety of libations. Overall the store was clean, organized and well stocked. I would absolutely frequent this store again!
