Ordered a 10pc an a 6pc combo today at 12:30pm I was the only customer that was in there 1st I called to make a call in order while I was a few seconds away that was me being lazy an the worker told me they can’t do orders over the phone without no type of payment when orders over 30 bucks an came in paid didn’t get a receipt for my order an then 45 mins later once I realized my a$$ been sitting for hella my food still have my came I demanded a refund the manager Kimberly told me she doesn’t offer refunds because of the new policy had to call the GM to help her refund me an y’all have the nerve to have her running the store I here to say this store is trash based on the service I was received

This was my first visit to Wing Stop. The fries had just come out and were hot but very soggy. I was unable to eat them. I had the chicken strips. They were a nice size. The only problem was when I was eating one of them had a piece of HAIR in it. I immediately lost my appetite. Needless to say, I will never return to a Wing Stop.

If you're not a DoorDash employee picking up an order, don't even bother with this location. They cater to Doordash only apparently, as myself and my coworker waited for over 30 minutes at the register just being ignored and passed up by Doordash orders. Walk-in orders are no longer respected by this WingStop and it is shameful. Not everyone is too lazy to go get their food themselves.
