“Tried the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and Dressed roasted Brussels sprouts a couple months ago and, while the chicken and potatoes were delicious, the Brussels sprouts were barely cooked and my roll wasn’t even warm. Went back today, Feb 21, 2024 during the lunch hour and ordered same thing but I requested they cook the Brussels to tender. It was DELICIOUS!! Josh, the bartender, was our waiter and was fantastic. This location has never disappointed me. Great staff and great food!”

“My day turned around by taking my dear friend Darlene Mason-Taylor to B-Day dinner at the Fredrick Inn Steakhouse and having an amazing experience. Top shelf food, drink, service and atmosphere. Golden crispy fried chicken (Breast and leg) with mashed taters, full salad bar and choice of 2 delicious soups for me. 4 oz dinner sirloin, baked potato (the best she's ever had) with full salad bar and choice of 2 soups for Darlene Mason-Taylor. Total bill under $40. We will be visiting again soon, and I encourage everyone in the area to check this place out FR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Haven't tried everything on their menu but everything I've tried has been good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Place is clean, well maintained and is more spacious than I expected. Other than specials, drink prices aren't cheap but they aren't unreasonable, either. The beers I've tried so far have all been fresh and flavorful. Best Reuben sandwich I've had anywhere with thick, generous serving of corned beef and served on really good, marbled bread.”

“Really like Geneos but the last 2 times we have went the pizza was lacking!! Both times we ordered and paid for extra sauce and cheese to try and get it the way it used to be and it still came out the same way, very dry and hardly any cheese.”

“We went to Country Cookie based on a recommendation of a customer at the nail place we were at. We are from Iowa, never heard of the place before today. The cookies were great. They were having an event that had face painting, tattoos, spin the wheel for a prize and pick a sucker for a prize, plus deals on cookies. We were burning time while the boys went to the Chiefs Training camp. The girls had fun and the staff was so kind and fun. One of them won a deco kit and she had a blast decorating when she got home. It is not allowing us to post pics of the fun we had. Thanks for the experience, we will visit when we come back that way. Everyone should go get ya some cookies from these wonderful people! “So, stopped by this little joint on a recommendation from a friend. And was not disappointed. An order of 24 wings for $28. Some might say that's too expensive. Ogre says "SHUT YOUR MOUTH, YA GET WHAT YA PAY FOR" and man did I. So they start with a dry rub, then smoked, then brushed on sauce of choice. I chose zombie and garlic pom. Came with a side of homemade chips (which didn't make it 4 blocks). Oh, and might I add, ya get more meat on these "wings" than ya get on some of the fast food legs. DEFINITELY OGRE APPROVED! And theu had some whiskey selection, but couldn't sample since I was still in the work buggy.”

“Some of my friends from work and I decided to get together and do something so we all decided to go to Simple Simon’s because it was Close to my work , We chose to sit outside because it was nice out We ordered pizza and hot wings the lady was so patient and nice while we decided what to order ! The food came surprisingly fast and everything was hot and delicious!! We ordered 2 pitchers of beer that was cold and frothy ! The atmosphere was nice . “DO NOT GO TO THE DAIRY QUEEN ON THE AVENUE 🤬🤬🤬. I bought 2 boxes of dilly bars and they were melted and I wanted a box of stars and EVERYTHING IS MELTED!! They were well aware because they called the owner or whoever they called and let him know. They checked multiple boxes and everything is mush!! I didn't want the 2 boxes I paid for because they were melted as well!! They said she literally just made 2 boxes fresh and was hard well maybe at the time I got them they were not qiute melting HOWEVER I came straight home and guess what? THEY WERE MELTED 🤬! I called the store to let them know and she said unfortunately when I left the lot there is nothing they can do. REALLY YOU KNEW EVERYTHING WAS MELTING!! Anyways I will NOT go to the DQ on the Avenue this summer. That's poor service in MY OPINION! I will show you in the pictures the dilly bars and stars. I BELIEVE IT'S TIME FOR A NEW FREEZER 🤷‍♀️”

For me, it is the best pizza I've ever had and I've been eating it since they had a dine in place many years ago. So glad they opened back up in St Joseph. Got a wedding cake from them that showed up 2 hours early, then they proceeded to argue with my wife about the agreed upon delivery time. They take forever to respond to messages. My wife delivered the cake decorations and they didn't even remember that the decorations were delivered. I won't use them again, despite the cake being great.”

“I was given the run around by 2 separate CVS’s today when trying to get pink eye drops for my son. Finally had to have them send the script to Hy-Vee who had the medication in stock. After 2 hours, Hy-Vee still hadn’t received the script. Shane in the pharmacy took my info and called the cvs’s to find the script so I could get the eye drops in my kiddo before the pharmacy closed!! Great customer service.”

“I was excited to check out the new location. The exterior and interior remodels were very impressive and reminded me of Bourbon Street. Service was a little bit slow, but it was a bit busy Saturday night. The food was perfection. The lighting was very harsh and felt like a classroom so that could be improved upon the previous location had better lighting and more ambience.”

She had a very sweet demeanor and was all smiles! We picked up an online order and for the first time in my life, from every visit, and in any state in the USA, was my order hot, fresh, ready when I arrived, and fully fulfilled. She actually read and fully attended to the online special request section on the order page. This has NEVER happened before at any location in the country! NEVER! I was so stunned and pleased I had to go inside to see who fulfilled my order and personally meet, tip, and thank them for such great attention to detail and great service. It was Alma! What really made our trip was the Second Lady we ordered from when grabbing my momma some food. She was sweet, personable, and very friendly. She brought the food out to us whereas the other lady had us come up to separate times to grab everything. I come here once or twice a month and over the last 8 months maybe it has been steadily improving. There is a lady with a good amount of tattoos that seems to be the manager and if she isn’t maybe should be considered for it in the future. Every employee I’ve seen at this place deserves a raise. I came in today August 20th at 1:30pm. I got 2 pieces of chicken and 3 shrimp. Yall know. Literal GOATS.”

“I always look forward to going to Pizza Ranch, I went today, and my experience was less than favorable. my fork was sticky, there were hardly any potatoes, I was scrapping trying to get gravy. There was hardly any pizza out. Normally when I go in the girl up front, Sophie, goes out of her way to help me. she asks of there's anything I need. The only helpful employee today was the boy picking up my dishes. I hope my next experience is better.”
