Super busy on Fridays, so expect to wait an additional 10-20 minutes to be seated. Some of the items on the menu were great while others were a hard miss. Overall it was a decent experience - the atmosphere was illuminating and the staff were very professional and polite.
Great ambience really good food very strong drinks. Amazing service. So we went during happy hour. I got a Manhattan, the margarita pizza, and the burger and fries. So first off, we did have a hard time finding this place. It's literally in the same plaza as the Starbucks and the hotel. Wish I knew. We stayed at the Cheshire hotel and were fortunate to have Basso on the premises! We met a friend here the first night of our stay. The restaurant is in the basement. The atmosphere was inviting with gas lit wall lights, a center bar with booths and high tops. Autumn was a wonderful server. She was so pleasant and informative.
