Bridge Bread Bakery

So I go to the store at Soulards ... and I'm hooked- the product is very good and tasty, while the cause is spectacular. Quite honestly , I just went in and bought some treats I really didn't need just because I now feel compelled to. I'll hopefully share them with others while sharing their mission too. The service is always friendly and appreciative , while surrounding ... hey it's Soulard's Maret! How quaint can you get? Thanks guys!

I went to this place for the first time when the Cinco De Mayo event was going on ... OMG ITS THE BEST DESERT IVE EVER HADD! My favorite was definitely the Strawberry Danish! I grew up around Amish, I know good Danish when I have one. This was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor! I also bought a brownie- A bit dry, but I'm sure they are even better when they are fully open (They had a pop going on). Ran across their Bakery Store down at Soulard Farmers Market on Friday.For those of you who don't know anything about this bakery, you really need to know what you're supporting as it's so amazing. Their story touches the heart strings, along with their baked goods being so delicious and yet simple.Prices are so reasonable that you can buy several baked goods and know you're supporting the employees' wages.The White Cream cake was so yummy, not heavy at all, and the icing is perfect....read full review
